First, let me introduce myself. I am Vladimir Gabov, born in Russia in 1994. Born and raised in Moscow where I worked as Deputy Chief of Security of the Mayor's office under the command of then Chief of Security Irinei Orlova. At the age of 18 I was sent to military service in Moscow and shortly thereafter and then to the front in Iraq in July 2015 where I was part of the headquarters for information and navigation of units in the field. During that same mission in Iraq, I met a good friend, an American who recommended me to come to Los Santos, so I found myself here. After coming to America, that is, Los Santos, I did a couple of jobs that I already listed on the application and eventually decided to apply for a DoC because I thought it was a good job for me. Since the i failed application once, i decided to move again to Russia for a while, 2 months to precise. Now, i'm ready to try again.

How much time and energy do you plan on dedicating towards the department in the event you are hired?
Most of my time since the this kind of job requires constant avivablity

Why do you want to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections, and why should we hire you over other applicants? (minimum 125 words)
So first of all, why do I want to become a part of SADOC? I want to become a part of SADOC because first of all I have a lot of experience with actually doing the DoC itself, that is, Prison Security, which is exactly my profession. I am a professional, I do not make mistakes first and foremost so that you can always expect only the maximum from me. I am capable of working in all areas of the DoC itself, from taking care of a group of prisoners to monitoring the terrain from control towers. Also, I have extensive experience with physical self-defense techniques for one hundred weapons, one hundred unarmed people. Like I said, you won't go wrong with me. Very ambitious and persistent when it comes to the specific goal I want to achieve. Judging that I have already gone through the application process, I think that as a person who is already familiar with the basic systems of work of the Department, I will best contribute to the development of the department itself. In the opinion that I personally received from Human Resources Unite during my first testing I excelled in all segments of the application process except the last exam I did not pass. I figured out where I made the mistake and I want to try again if you give me a chance.

How do you handle pressure or stressful situations?
Calmly and methodicaly in most of situations

What qualifications or traits do you possess that may be an asset to us (minimum 75 words)?
As I said in the previous question. I've been a professional security guard myself ever since. I am already very familiar with self-defense techniques, both against armed and unarmed people. I am very coordinated, able to respect authority, also able to lead in many situations. I perfectly understand formations for the purpose of escorts, whether individually or groups of people and the like.Also one of mine, so one can say one of my downsides is that I am very independent. To clarify, I hardly trust people. But it all depends on the environment in which I am, as, for example, in DoC there would be aversion to prisoners, which also eliminates any possibility of corruption and the like, judging that I am connected to the people I work with constantly, that is, other employees in prison.

Been in Iraq on citizen rescue mission with Russian Soldiers in July 2015 when ISIS start attacks but only for few months, all in all don't have much expirience on ground, specialized for Security, transport and stuff like that.

Moscow Mayor Security Guard, second in command under Chief of Security - Irinei Orlov and Ruslan Vaznikov.
