Richard Hunter, Born in Dublin, Ireland on the 11th of November 1993. In my youth I was an average kid and I finished school and high school with decent grades, I wasn't really interested in college or university so I just went ahead and started working all sorts of freelancing jobs that required drivers as I liked spending time on the road by myself. I've met a lot of great people in my life including my friends that told me to move to San Andreas and start a new life here.
Ever since I've arrived I started working for the Union Depository as their truck driver and just went on hunting with my friends or just practicing in the shooting range to spend some of my free time.
I decided that I would like to try something new instead of any of the other currently available positions and I want to join the department of corrections so I can get a stable source of income and learn new things and stay there for a long term.

How much time and energy do you plan on dedicating towards the department in the event you are hired?
If I get hired in the department of corrections then I'll do my best to learn and improve on any of my skills to perform better on the job.
I will dedicate all my time towards the job and all my energy in order to move forward in the department.

Why do you want to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections, and why should we hire you over other applicants? (minimum 125 words)
I'd like to join the department of corrections because I was always fascinated and was always interested in that type of work, it seemed like an interesting job and a very rewarding one. I'm more interested in finding a job in the country area because it seems to be more interesting and quiet than the city itself. It seems like the type of work where I could learn a lot and move forward with my career.
I think you should accept me over other applicants because I'm willing to put in hard work and do my best in order to learn new things so I can do my job better, I'll take it very seriously and will dedicate all of my time an energy towards it.
The department of corrections seems like a place that would fit me and where I could work for a long time.

How do you handle pressure or stressful situations?
I'm able to handle stressful situations pretty easily, I stay focused and I will do my best to complete the task given. I always keep a positive attitude and remain calm when I do anything.

I'm always honest even if I'm wrong I'll stick to the truth so I can learn from my mistakes and keep going. I'm a careful person and I won't take any unnecessary risks when doing the job.
I'm always striving to deliver a high standard of work and won't give up even if difficulties arise.
I'm flexible and I don't have any issues with change or learning new things, I'm a quick learner and I'm always happy to help others whenever they are in need.

Academy Preparations
You will be required to take plenty of notes during the academy so ensure that you bring a notepad and pen.

Post Exercise Phase
You will receive a tour of the prison during which we will explain our procedures and general rules. After that, you will be taken to a classroom and taught everything needed for a Correctional Trainee to pass their exam.
The Exam
Should you pass the exam, then you will receive your new badge and be asked to clock on duty for your first watch under proper supervision. At all times you will have a superior officer around to answer any questions and help you if need be. If you fail the exam, you will be escorted off the premises and can apply pending next recruitment drive.
