Marco Hill was Born in Los Santos grew up in the hood from young days he had 2 Brothers and 1 Sister since Marco was raised in a hood he was a trouble child after graduating high school he got kicked out so he would rethink his behavior he struggled for a few weeks but then he started changing when he realized what he was doing was wrong he started changing his behavior even found his first legal job Taco Delivery he worked there for few months until he got money for an apartment it was a simple 1 garage house but he was finally happy achieving something in his life. few months pass nothing changes in his life getting pretty boring as was for action until he noticed some crime was going on and didn't get punished then 1 day he saw a SADOC Add on the weazel newspaper and he decided he would try to be an jail guard to see how hard is to deal with criminals

Saw a SADOC Add on weazel newspaper that you guys were looking for recruits and i thought i would try it out. DOC would be like my stepping stone to and organized life style and being a better human being in general i heard from a friend that DOC is very cool job and there is friendly colleagues to work with its never boring being a guard.Why you should recruit me over the others? well im a hard worker so i would work a lot because my life is boring and i don t really do anything else besides drink/eat/sleep so i would fully dedicate my time to DOC i can easily control my emotions and never show fear,

How do you handle pressure or stressful situations?
I can handle them good i was raised in the hood so there was a lot of pressure and stressful situations in my life. So you don t have to worry about me i will always do my job

im good at fighting so always could self defense im a really hard worker like i said so i would be fully dedicated to this job that not a lot people do im friendly so there wont be any fights with partners. can easily control myself . have done some firing range training so i shouldn t be bad at aiming. dont know if this asset is needed but im good at driving even have a truck license
