Please provide a short biography about yourself (minimum 100 words):
I am Leonardo Montague, I am a 24 year old that comes from the city of Doverford. Growing up, I had a rough life. My mom was in a physically abusive relationship with my father, which caused them to split, and he took custody of me, and my mother of my brother. My father was not the best example for me to follow, and not the best guardian for my development. I learned my way around the city, did some things I regret, ruined a lot of friendships due to the fact that I was not raised in a better environment. As time went by, I met this older woman who took me under her wing, she was a retired cop. She taught me how to properly behave, how to manage money, what to look for in life, basically, she taught me how to succeed in life. While I lived with her, she learned about my life and supported me as much as she could. She changed me into a new person with new goals in life. She taught me a lot about the Law, which I then ended up joining the Department of Corrections in Doverford. Everything I did was to help better people, so they would not go through what my family went through. After a few years went by, she had a heart attack and passed away. After that, I decided I couldn’t stay in that city anymore, and decided to move to Los Santos to have a clean slate, and brand-new surroundings where I can grow more as person without being too attached to my mentor’s passing.
More than enough time to get the hours needed from me.
After coming back to the city, from checking on my father who is currently ill in Texas. I finally met up with my brother, Gabriel, and he informed me that the Department of Corrections was going to open their recruitment soon. I have previous experience in the Doverford Department of Corrections, in which I was a Sergeant. I would like to go back to my roots, and be part of the Department in this city.
According to the situation, I will find a way to find it. I have worked in the DFDOC, and the LSSD. I have been in many stressful situations, and I have learned how to manage such.
As a retired Sergeant of the DFDOC, I have gained valuable experience in the handling of suspects, which should be handled with respect and the correct procedures. I have also high communicating skills that I practiced while working as a team with my old department. I have learned to respect superiors and follow orders correctly. I have radio terminology knowledge, and some knowledge in the handling of firearms. I have been working for Human Resources in my other city for quite a while, and I have learned how to communicate effectively with others to professionally handle discrepancies in the workplace, and document and organize everything involved with the department.

Yes, 2 NonRPs. 3 months ago I was in a gang where my leader had told me it was okay to shoot, since we gave demands. Turns out the demands were not valid because of the speed we were going. Another one was my mistake, for blocking with a sports vehicle.
