My Name is Nero Redgraves, I used to serve in the Royal Canadian Navy in Canada. I was deployed to Iraq and became a war veteran for my country winning a medal of honor for saving someone from a mine. After i was sent home i tried to work as a broker selling houses in Toronto, However i was not very good at selling as i was a military man. That is when i decided to move to Los Santos for a better life and more opportunities. My Dream is to be a SWAT officer in Los Santos and fulfill my military aspirations in this great city and try to put criminals behind bars.

How much time and energy do you plan on dedicating towards the department in the event you are hired?
I will dedicate 90% of my time in the department when I'm in the city and i will be trying to climb up the ranks and fulfill my dream of becoming a SWAT officer.

Why do you want to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections, and why should we hire you over other applicants? (minimum 125 words)
As stated above, I used to be a high ranking officer in the Royal Canadian Navy. I have over 5 years of experience in armed combat and hand to hand combat. I am a team player and I work well with my fellow colleagues. As a former military officer I am able to follow directions and give directions to my fellow officers if needed. I am a very good driver and i have lots of knowledge about car pursuits and chases. I strongly believe that my extensive military background combined with my various skills and expertise would make me a perfect candidate for the department. I am punctual, honest and loyal to the department and i will give 120% of effort towards every mission and will try my best to make the mission a success.

How do you handle pressure or stressful situations?
As part of my extensive training, i am able to take deep breaths and analyze the situation logically which will result in making the best choice of action in any stressful or high pressure situation.

What qualifications or traits do you possess that may be an asset to us (minimum 75 words)?
I have extensive fire arm training specializing in assault rifles and handguns. Able to swim 10 miles as its a necessity for the Royal Canadian Navy. Have experience in shoot outs and hostage rescue operations in Iraq. Able to drive a vehicle during a chase and pursuit. Very familiar and comfortable with heavy weaponry ( Assault rifles, Shotguns, Pistols, etc). Deadly Marksman ( able to hit a target at 400 meters with a M4A1 Assault rifle, able to hit a target from 1.5 km's with a sniper rifle ( MK2).

Yes I was a former Officer in the Royal Canadian Navy. I went under extensive training and was deployed to Iraq in 2014 and became a war hero and won a medal of honor.

Yes. I used to work in a touring company in Los Santos. We showed the new residents of Los Santos the city and the important landmarks.
