Why do you want to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections?
I would like to join the SADOC because not only would it be stable income for me during my time in the city, but i also believe the interactions and experiences i would have would make me a better person all round and give me a lot more insight and experience in the city. Although i do have a criminal record i would like to turn that around and even use it as a means to teach other inmates to do good and not re offend and set a good example of an ex criminal turned good.

How do you handle pressure or stressful situations?
I stay calm and handle the situation in a professional manner. I am always vigilant and learn from previous experiences to help me handle new ones.

How much time and energy do you plan on dedicating towards the department in the event you are hired?
I can put in around 3 - 5 hours a day on weekends and around the same on weekdays dependent on my situation.

What qualifications or traits do you possess that may be an asset to us (minimum 75 words)?
My IT skills are brilliant, i can get to grips with new "technology" with ease and learn quick. I am very good at defusing hostile situations and turning them around for the better. Due to my criminal past i also know how criminals in the city think and how to turn that around.

My name is Dave, i come from the UK and am here in the city of LS to stay. Growing up in the UK i was always rolling around in gangs and not getting anywhere in life and since moving to LS i have done mostly the same however i am looking to turn that around and become a good influence for the inmates. I would consider myself a kind and friendly person however when it comes down to it i can be very serious about the task at hand and i always have the mindset of getting things done.

Why should we hire you over anyone else (minimum 100 words)?
You should hire me over anyone else because i have spent a reasonable amount of time in the city, i know how inmates and criminals think as i've already mentioned and i think one of the main reasons you should take me on over anyone else is because of that reason. Not everybody who applies here will have the past i do and i really think it could benefit the inmates in a good way and i can hopefully guide them in the right direction while making sure they are punished and serve their time of course.

Back in the UK i used to run a server on a well known game (GMOD DarkRP) where along with the help of my head staff i ran my own team of admins and moderators as well as keeping the server up to date and keeping the community happy.
I also have experience working as a team in Los Santos as I've been part of some unofficial organisations.

I have, as mentioned there is nothing i can do about my criminal past. Hopefully it doesn't effect my application as i seriously want to turn my life around for the better and be a good influence.
