Why do you want to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections?
I have always dreamed of becoming a Police Officer. I love the judicial system and believe in far trial and human rights. I see myself becoming a great service to the community. I would love to have this job for a very long time and when I do become an Officer one day I want to leave this job well respected.

How do you handle pressure or stressful situations?
With a clear head and self belief. I have belief in my abilities and do not doubt myself when it comes to anything out of the ordinary.

How much time and energy do you plan on dedicating towards the department in the event you are hired?
I'm devoted to every day becoming more knowledgeable in my profession. So if hired I will dedicate all of my free time learning the in-outs of the DOC procedures.

What qualifications or traits do you possess that may be an asset to us (minimum 75 words)?
I'm currently taking multiple self-defense classes and Taekwondo on a daily basis. I'm one with no fear in defending myself or others. I know how to respect people as humans and how to deescalate a situation. I'm a friendly face and my bones run Blaine County red. Growing up on a cow farm I learned quick how to watch over my shoulder. Never knowing what comes next, An angry bull trying to push you off its territory or stepping in manure.

I grew up on a small farm with my pa and mother. Glenn and Rebecca, My father was an honest man who worked on our 300 acre ranch. I remember being a young child looking up at the family seal {BuckThorne Ranch} remembering the legacy my father and grand father and before building this land. Growing up on a farm teaches you real world lessons of persuasion and intuition. Having to settle down rowdy cattle and being quick on your feet really make you a strong minded human being. You cannot live in fear of the unknown, Life has many paths and you must be strong. That's the lessons my father taught me. My mother, What can I say about this strong willed women. She always knew how to settle down the bull of the land (my father). She could cook up a meal that you've never dreamed of. She was a sweet women who cared for her children and showed us how to treat a lady. She was a saint and the best women I've ever had the pleasure of knowing.

Why should we hire you over anyone else (minimum 100 words)?
I believe I could provide a great service to this branch. I'm a quick learner, I have had plenty of hard times in my life to show me how to live up to my word. I'm following my dream of becoming an Officer of the law and one day I hope through this job and my excellent work it will provide me that recognition. I think when you're handling criminals you can't treat them like animals. Yes they are locked up for petty offense to horrible monstrous offenses. But that's what the DOC what built upon. A chance to rehabilitate. I know I can be that link in the chain that holds my department to the higher standards.
