Reason:- Causing OOC faction tension.
- Improper mindset to be a Police Officer.
- OOC corruption - Admitted to not putting proper charges on suspects in accordance to crimes committed.
- Not conducting faction duties on duty - Samuel Gunn was on-duty responding to OOC forum topics, dissing the Los Santos Police Department, on the Eclipse Forums, earning government paychecks whilst doing so.
- Samuel Gunn has been found out to be Carl Backwell, a previous dishonorably discharged member of the LSPD - viewtopic.php?f=127&t=28325&p=85572
