[ARCHIVED] SADOC Application - Tom Wolfe
Posted: 29 Aug 2019, 13:58
by Tom Wolfe
Title (Mr/Miss/Mrs): Mr.
First Name: Tom
Last Name: Wolfe
Date of Birth: 13/MAR/1997
Place of Birth: New York
Contact Number: 595-4394
Email Address: [email protected]
Residential Address: Prosperity St. 9
Height: 164 cm
Weight: 58 kg
Why do you want to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections?
Simply put for the employment opportunity and a opportunity to get the DoC back on its feet. Several people requested that I put my application in to try and help out with the rebuilding and I feel like this will be a good opportunity to show what I can do.
How do you handle pressure or stressful situations?
I was a Officer with the LSPD for 6 months ((Nearly 2 Months)) dealing with being shot at on a daily basis. I believe I can handle stressful situations.
How much time and energy do you plan on dedicating towards the department in the event you are hired?
At least maybe 60 - 100 hours a month.
What qualifications or traits do you possess that may be an asset to us (minimum 75 words)?
Spent nearly a month through FTPs and the Police Academy with the Los Santos Police Department and another month afterwards as a Police Officer 1. I am used to very stressful situations and also was even told by one Field Training Officer that I was used to being in a position of authority and have a knack for management and leadership. Other than that, I do know how to handle my way around multiple firearms and believe I have an innate ability to act during very stressful situations and act tactically during any situations that may be required of my post.
Please provide a short biography about yourself (minimum 100 words):
Since I've came to Los Santos my main focus has been to try and help out other people and provide some benefit to the State of San Andreas as a whole. I tried to start up my Security Company, protected who I could when the foundry robberies first flared up, and stood in front of bullets for the Citizens of Los Santos to try and protect them from the dangerous criminals that would rather extort citizens out of their hard earned cash than earn it themselves. A good majority of my life has been devoted to the benefit of others and doing my absolute best to provide for those that I care about. Ultimately my one major goal is to ensure that everyone is safe and do not have to worry about being robbed or dealing with dangerous criminals on the street 24/7.
Why should we hire you over anyone else (minimum 100 words)?
I believe that you should hire me over anyone else because of my association with a lot of the old Department of Corrections members with a lot of them being able to attest for my abilities in Security and handling not only inmates but other officers as well in certain situations. I also believe that I may be of a huge benefit to the Department of Corrections for my experience in the Los Santos Police Department and be able to help train future Corrections Officers and set forth lasting change for the Department of Corrections in regards to their policies and overall mindset of how the Department of Corrections looks in the public eye.

Dear Applicant,
It is our pleasure to inform you that you have
passed your interview stage and moved to the next stage of our recruitment drive; the academy! You are now a Department of Corrections Academy Student! Your rank will be Correctional Trainee temporarily for the duration of the academy.
You will receive an email from a member of the Human Resources division containing our current handbook. You are to read this
carefully as this will be the base of your knowledge and act as something akin to a bible in the department. Once done, report to the DOC front desk and ask for a member of HR to begin your academy at your earliest convenience.
The academy may take up to 2-3 hours
(( IRL )) dependent on your group size and the abilities of you and your fellow students. Upon arriving at your training date at the DOC, you will be fitted and provided with temporary equipment and uniform to perform the following exercises:
- Physical Training testing
- Sidearm procedures and training
- Mock 10-15 processing
Once the exercises are over, there are two possible courses of action. Dependent on the day, performance, and size of the group, you will either be asked to wait in the DOC waiting room temporarily, or leave the premises to receive your results via email. At this point you will either be hired as a full time Correctional Trainee or, if your performance was not up to standards, you will be dismissed and be eligible to reapply pending the next recruitment drive.
If you have any questions, contact a member of the Human Resources division through the government email
(( forum PM )).
Sincerely,
Amy Stake
