Why do you want to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections?
I've noticed the current incarceration system in the city, and I've seen how could use Improvement. I would be glad to be part of this Improvement, as well as help and revamping the prison system in my time as a guard at the Los Santos Department of Corrections. I have had experience in law enforcement, and I would like to use that experience and doing a greater good to improve the reforming of the criminals in the city. Most people look at the jail as a place where you spend a couple years for doing a crime, and then they go back to their old ways. I want to change this and gradually reform the prisoners.

How do you handle pressure or stressful situations?
I try to focus on the end goal, and whatever is stressing me out, I like to focus on that last. I usually don't get stressed easily, but when it happens I take a deep breath or a break when I need it. If I feel stressed out on duty, I would sign off and maybe take a trip to the hills, and reflect upon what is stressing me out. I never get stressed out on duty and I never let my emotions affect my ability to operate at peak efficiency

How much time and energy do you plan on dedicating towards the department in the event you are hired?
I plan on exercising all my energy into that department. I plan on being dedicated and loyal, I will do my best to fulfill my duties to the best of my ability. I will not let down my supervisors, and I will exercise what I've learned throughout my time in the city for the betterment of the Department of Corrections.

What qualifications or traits do you possess that may be an asset to us (minimum 75 words)?
I have worked for the LSPD, and the Los Santos Medical Services. I know basic first aid, although I'm not certified. I have experience dealing with criminals while I was a Cadet in the police department. I know how to conduct myself around criminals without being aggressive, but without letting them take advantage of me. I respect authority, and I am very good at taking directions. I know what is right and I know what is wrong.

I was born and raised in Vice City, I've always wanted to be a medic. I tried going to college for a medical degree, to be a doctor but I did not have the money to fuel my studies. I decided they're out of a paramedic was the best for me to go. Under the previous management I worked at the medical department, but I did not enjoy it as much as I thought I would. After a lot of contemplation I left for the police department, knowing I would come back to the medical Department one day. Over there, I spent a lot of time but I noticed it was not for me. I decided to take a vacation in Alaska and explore the mountains with my friends. I have a high school diploma from the Vice City High School, I went to college for two years but was unable to afford it. I decided to do small jobs like being a postal man, garbage man, Fisher man, and truckering In order to pay off my fees. Then I noticed these jobs were not enough to sustain my education.

Make it to my work, I'm hard-working. I put all my work into what I do. I am obedient. I try my best to not go out of line, and respect all authority. I love being an employee of the law, and I take enforcing the law as a passion. I am highly motivated, and I have lots of experience in first response. I've dealt with criminals before as a police officer, and during my time there I have learned several tactics that would help me communicate with the police department better than other applicants. I’m also trained in dealing with criminals through the LSPD.
