i plan on joining the SADOC beacause someone got to put these criminals behind bars and make them meet justice.
Pressure is very important to me. Good pressure—such as having many assignments or an upcoming deadline—helps me to stay motivated and productive. Of course, there are times when too much pressure can lead to stress. However, I'm very skilled at balancing multiple projects and meeting deadlines; this ability prevents me from feeling stressed too often. For example, I once had three large projects due in the same week, and that was a lot of pressure.

i was a farmer in Alabama so i'm pretty good with my hands also i have an above average body so i can handle heavyweight prisoners and put them in their place. i'm a good shot if it ever comes to that situation. i can manage working under pressure and in stressful situations. i'm good with team work and can work well with groups. also im very good at handling situations, and giving clear directions.
I'm Travis Bagwell, i'm 38 years old. i grew up in Alabama in a small town called hoover. my father was the greatest Sheriff that hoover ever had. he raised me well and under strict rules, i was his only son hence why he was so strict with me. he used make me do all the farm work even when i'm tired, he used to push me to do the most of my capability. due to that i started to improve in both mentally and physically attributes. he always wanted whats best for me and for that i respect him.
you guys should hire me because I've been trying to make a name for myself and try to help the government in any way that i possibly can. and for that i'm perfectly suited for this job and all of my attributes and traits are perfect for this job, and my life is going to improve both mentally and financially. and it would really help me to have a home for myself not living in my car. also i really wish to be hired since this is the first time i apply to something after farming for a really long time.
