SAN ANDREAS PENAL CODE AMENDMENTS

All changes stated within this document are effective on 24th of July, 2025. ((Pending Server Restart))

Penal Code Amendments

In total, the following changes have been made:

MODIFIED (Modified Language, Fines, or Sentencing) - 2
- VM01 - Operating a Vehicle without a Valid License

ARCHIVE - Archived Laws for use in pending Criminal Trials in the Superior Court
- Vehicle Misdemeanors
  
  VM01 - Operating a Vehicle without a Valid License
  
  Operating a vehicle without possessing the proper driver's license; or trucker's license for vehicles 5,000 kg and over. Anyone operating a rental CityBee shall be exempt from requiring a drivers license while traveling on public roadways.
