NOTICE OF RECEIPT
IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF SAN ANDREAS
The State of San Andreas v. Hana Tzeng
#26-BT-0076
The court has hereby received and acknowledged the above case on the 26th day of July, 2026.
The Superior Court Bench Trial system runs off of defendant responsiveness. If defendants are interacting with the court or their attorney, a Notice to Schedule will be posted with all parties being able note their availability. A Judge will then pick the most suitable time for trial. Once a trial has been scheduled, the court will consider most submissions to be final.
Prior to scheduling, the defendant is encouraged to reach out to a licensed defense attorney in order to prepare a proper defense. The defendant is further encouraged to speak with an authorized individual at Rockford Hills City Hall, Mission Row Police Station, or Paleto Bay Sheriff's Office for official clarification on the specific charges received and their respective date and times, as once the case has been activated, any omitted charges will be considered abandoned and unable to be disputed within this case.
Respectfully,

MOTION FOR DISCOVERY
IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF SAN ANDREAS
State of San Andreas v. Hana Tzeng
#26-BT-0076
A Motion for Discovery was filed in the above case on the 10th day of August, 2026.
The State of San Andreas, by and through the undersigned attorney, filed this Motion for Discovery, and presents the following as evidence;

Los Santos Police Department
ARREST REPORT
"TO PROTECT AND TO SERVE" |
- ARREST DETAILS
- Arresting Officer: Deputy Chief Samuel Martin
Callsign: STAFF-20
Date of Arrest: 21/JUL/2026
Officers Involved:
- Deputy Chief Samuel Martin
- Police Officer III Anthony Mercer
- Police Captain III Charles Williams
Narrative:
STAFF-20 (Samuel Martin, Charles Williams, Anthony Mercer) conducted a traffic stop on a Los Locos affiliated Kamacho after the organisation were reported to have class 2 firearms in the area. The affiliated Kamacho was driven by Jackson Jacobs with Hana Tzeng in the back right passenger seat (with a crate in her hand). During the stop both suspects were unmasked and the driver provided an ID.
The Kamacho started to evade during the stop. The Kamacho became aggressive trying to ram STAFF-20 during the pursuit. The suspect vehicle was pitted near Fudge Ln causing it to stall. The vehicle was boxed in and both occupants were ordered out of the vehicle. Physical force had to be used on both suspects to get them out of the vehicle.
The passenger still had the crate and was now masked (Hana put the mask on during the pursuit.) The crate was full of packed money. A heavy rifle with attachments was found in the glovebox of the Kamacho which was charged to the driver (Jackson Jacobs).
An investigation has been started into Hana for where the packed money came from.
