3. GENERAL QUESTIONS
- 3.1 What motivations do you have for joining the San Andreas State Government and the Business & Property Bureau ?
I want to be able to help the people of San Andreas to be able to start up there own business and housing for sale because i know a lot of people who want to start up a business but have no idea how to do so and i want to be able to provide insight on how to start one up and be able to review there application and approve or decline based on if they meet the criteria.
3.2 What experience (work/life) do you have that could be valuable to the Business & Property Bureau ? :
i have lots of experience in doing paper work and communicating with people on a daily because i currently work for Rockford Law which involves lots of paper work and speaking with many client and i am also an operation manager for a company called Frenchie's which involves me designing stuff, making sure the company is operating when the owner isn't there, these skills are valuable because communicating is a key thing when someone is trying to start a business and i have to explain to them what they may be missing.
3.3 If hired please list and explain what changes or contributions can you bring to the table:
I would ensure that applications are going to be looked at more thoroughly and effectively and that they will be responded to quicker and not people having to wait weeks for a acceptance letter or denial letter. i will also ensure that all my peers are up to date with what i have done and will be finishing all my work before the deadline.

my name is Leon Wagner and i believe that fairness is a key thing in the world because everyone deserves a chance in everything they want to do and a key thing i believe is important when it comes to knowing me is that i love talking and I'm great at doing my work efficiently and effectively on time all the time. i am a very kind person who will always show respect to everyone no matter what and am a great person to eb around however when i have to be serious i will be because work is very important especially when helping someone else out.
