The Court has been informed of another outlet for the media referenced in the attached injunction order.

The injunction order states the following:
Solomon Cobb is ORDERED to remove and cease all further distribution of the following video content from any and all social media platforms within their control.
The Court finds that the platform of cobb-blog.com falls within the purview of the injunction order and as such, the material needs to be removed from the platform for as long as the injunction remains active.

Failure to comply with this order on an ongoing basis will lead to additional financial penalties, set out in the following schedule:
  • $1,000 per day from the first day until the fifth day;
  • $5,000 per day from the sixth day until the tenth day;
  • $10,000 per day from the tenth day onwards.
For the purposes of calculation only, 00:00 on the 13th of July, 2026, will be the effective day of the start of financial penalties.

Docket Notice
"HERE FOR YOU | SAFE FOR YOU"

  • Parties,

    The Court has received an application to appeal the injunction issued by this Court on the 12th of July, 2026.

    As this Injunction was issued on an emergent basis from the request of the San Andreas Department of Corrections, the Court views the appeal to rather be the first hearing on the matter itself. As such, the Court will now proceed to schedule a hearing into the appropriateness and applicability of the Injunction.

    As this is a civil matter, both parties are expected to attend or send an appropriate representative and make it known to the Court on this Docket who will be appearing for either party.

    Respectfully,
