I understand that working in corrections is not just about dealing with inmates, it’s about keeping order, making sure everyone is safe, and handling situations professionally.
I believe you should hire me because I’m someone who stays calm, listens, and is willing to learn. I take responsibility seriously and I’m not someone who thinks they know everything. I’m ready to take advice from experienced staff, improve myself, and put in the effort to become a reliable member of the department
