3. GENERAL QUESTIONS
- 3.1 What motivations do you have for joining the San Andreas State Government and the Human Resources Division?
Working as an HR and joining the Sanandreas State Government Administration Bureau has always been my dream. It is from here that I will get the chance to work in different kinds of people that will also help me gain knowledge and widen my broad understsnding of how to work with diffrent Human Resources, The Bureau also has a lot of things that interest me such as Client Interactions, Negotiation skills and Career growth among others..
3.2 What experience (work/life) do you have that could be valuable to the Human Resources Division? :
Before coming to Los Santos, I worked in Carvendish the University I graduated from as an Human Resource Intern. This clearly enlightens my background and work experience in this field, Considering the basic knowledge I have and know about Human Resource Management which includes strategic Human Resource planning, performance management, and benefits administration, I believe these will allow me to bring out my best when working with the Administration Bureau. Also due to my past experience in this same field, I can handle lots of tasks at once as well as working under pressure. To add on, I am also currently working at the Downtown Cab Co where I am gradually gaining a lot of skills through working with a competitive team.
3.3 What would you say is your greatest strength and weakness? :
I am a very Charismatic gentleman, this helps me discover more and practice my greatest strengths like excellent communication skills and attention to detail. I also affirm that I have the ability to work well in a team regardless of the number of team members or the tasks available. Ofcouse with these strengths that I have, I also have some weakness that I am fighting for example I tend to become a little destructive when I get bored or idle, but still thanks to my charismatic nature, I found a solution to this which is I have to keep myself busy to avoid it and so I believe the Adminstration Bureau will allow me demonstrate the best I can for the growth of the department.

There are several things I can do for the betterment of the Bureau under Human Resource for example I am always updated with the Public Service standing orders as well as experience in managing HR functions, including recruitment, talent management and employee relations. This will enable me make informed and advanced decisions and provide valuable insights to the
Bureau. Focusing on providing excellent service to the public for example through listening and addressing their concerns promptly and going an extra mile to exceed their expectations. Streamlining processes by identifying errors where operational efficiency can be improved and suggesting ways to make it better. Encouraging teamwork as well as collaboration also by participating in team activities, sharing knowledge and expertise and supporting my colleagues. These are some of the qualities and ideas I can bring in for the betterment of the bureau if am hired.
3.5 Please provide a short biography about yourself and why you believe you should be selected among other applicants applying for this position:
I am Nobert Laleng, born in Blain County, I lived with my father and mother and three siblings. We lived a life full of struggles all due to the poor background nature of my parents. The hard life encouged me to work hard, through this I struggled my way to the City of Los Santos where I was determined to become successful. When I moved to Los Santos, a friend introduced me to a petty job that I started doing down at the Road works construction, with the skills I got, I also joined and worked at Downtown Cab Co that is until now when I believe I should continue chasing my dreams until I become successful.
I believe I should be selected to work for the bureau because of the competent skills I have for instance good client interaction, good market analysis by staying updated of the current trends, property values and investment opportunities, my good negotiation skills and my ability to handle a wide variety of tasks and work related events.
My major motivation for joining the San Andreas State Government is because it is the best place that is going to expose me to the line of work I've always and really wanted to do in my life. And so due to this motivation, I will not hesitate to offer in my best for the betterment of the State.
