IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF SAN ANDREAS
The State of San Andreas v. Ronnie Bathsheba
#26-BT-0066
The court has hereby received and acknowledged the above case on the 3rd day of July, 2026.
The Superior Court Bench Trial system runs off of defendant responsiveness. If defendants are interacting with the court or their attorney, a Notice to Schedule will be posted with all parties being able note their availability. A Judge will then pick the most suitable time for trial. Once a trial has been scheduled, the court will consider most submissions to be final.
Prior to scheduling, the defendant is encouraged to reach out to a licensed defense attorney in order to prepare a proper defense. The defendant is further encouraged to speak with an authorized individual at Rockford Hills City Hall, Mission Row Police Station, or Paleto Bay Sheriff's Office for official clarification on the specific charges received and their respective date and times, as once the case has been activated, any omitted charges will be considered abandoned and unable to be disputed within this case.

A Motion for Discovery was filed in the above case on the 18th day of July, 2026.
The State of San Andreas, by and through the undersigned attorney, filed this Motion for Discovery, and presents the following as evidence;
San Andreas Judicial Branch
Official Witness Statement
"HERE FOR YOU | SAFE FOR YOU"
Case Information
- Case Number: [Case Number]
Incident Date: [01/JUL/2026]
Witness Information
- Name: [Hugo Hernandez]
Date of Birth: [07/DEC/2000]
Phone Number: [255-1434]
Occupation: [LSSD Captain]
Witness Statement
- [I pulled over Mr Ronnie Bathsheba due to him having outstanding charges on his record. Deputy Chase Douglas had placed the charges prior to me finding Ronnie so I had no knowledge or context of the charges that were placed. I was merely arresting Ronnie due to him having an outstanding warrant. Since Deputy Douglas was on duty, I had him take the arrest since he placed the charges and knew the context of the situation. That is all the infomation I have regarding this incident.]
Witness Affirmation
- I, [Hugo Hernandez], affirm that the above statement is true to the best of my knowledge and belief. I affirm that this statement has been made voluntarily, made without promise of reward, and made not under threat, force, or coercion. ((I affirm that all information submitted has been obtained via In-Character means.))
Signed,

[Hugo Hernandez]

Case Information
- Case Number: [Case Number]
Incident Date: [01/JUL/2026]
Witness Information
- Name: [Chase Douglas]
Date of Birth: [24/AUG/1998]
Phone Number: [278-6975]
Occupation: [Deputy Sheriff]
Witness Statement
- I was responding to a stolen ATM alarm when I found Mr. Bathsheba driving his white Monstrociti mentioned in my arrest report. He then proceeded to yield to my attempted traffic stop southbound LS Freeway at the Casino exit. I then called in my traffic stop over the radio when Mr. Bathsheba and his super hearing said "Why are you saying my name?" at this point me and my super hearing heard him say this and he then proceeded to say "I don't like this" and took off. We pursued Mr. Bathsheba. He managed to escaped. Cpt. Hernandez later found him on Strawberry Ave. We place him under arrest for his previous evading charge.
Witness Affirmation
- I, Chase Douglas, affirm that the above statement is true to the best of my knowledge and belief. I affirm that this statement has been made voluntarily, made without promise of reward, and made not under threat, force, or coercion. ((I affirm that all information submitted has been obtained via In-Character means.))

Case Information
- Case Number: [26-BT-0066]
Incident Date: [01/JUL/2026]
Witness Information
- Name: [John Martini]
Date of Birth: [07/Jul/1995]
Phone Number: [388-4138]
Occupation: [Deputy Sheriff with the LSSD]
Witness Statement
- I was on patrol that day, and remember chasing a MonstroCiti who was registered to Ronnie. I heard over radio Deputy Chase claim that he recognized Ronnie based on his voice. I was not aware at the time that he had charged Ronnie. Later on, when Hugo came on duty he spotted Ronnie in his vehicle, initiated a traffic stop. After Identifying Ronnie, he placed him under arrest based on the charges Ronnie had on him. I do believe charges should not have been placed. The language the masked man used 'why are you saying my name' does not meet the standard of "beyond a reasonable doubt" and creates plausible deniability.
Witness Affirmation
- I, [John Martini], affirm that the above statement is true to the best of my knowledge and belief. I affirm that this statement has been made voluntarily, made without promise of reward, and made not under threat, force, or coercion. ((I affirm that all information submitted has been obtained via In-Character means.))
