3.2 What motivations do you have for joining the San Andreas State Government? (75 words minimum)
I am motivated to join the State Government as another step towards my reformation. I aim to grow within the Government and prove that I have left my previous life behind. I intend to start from the bottom, learn from those above me and hopefully offer my services to those in the hours of the city that most people cannot accomodate. I hope my time in the government prove I am a different person to my past, and hope my position in government can help me leave that life behind.
3.3 What experience (work/life) do you have that could be valuable to the San Andreas State Government and the Specific bureau you applying for? (75 words minimum):
As a founder and CEO of a business that spans across mostly every branch this city can offer, I have plenty experience managing people. I am a people person through and through, and I know exactly how a business woman should behave. I intend on joining SAAA to offer my availability where possible. I understand availability is extremely difficult to manage in the state we live in today, and I know my availability covers a large gap this government currently has.
3.4 What would you say is your greatest strength and weakness? :
My greatest strength is my personal experience managing people. I have years of experience behind me, and I am confident in my abilities to handle stress and stretched capacity. My weakness is my past. Although I have shown progress in leaving my past in the past, I know there will always be speedbumps in my future. I know that my past will hold me back from opportunities and I am fully prepared to answer for my actions.

I believe immediately I will be able to increase SAAA's capacity to accomodate for a large amount of time the bureau currently cannot. A large focus of availability is around evenings. My availability is during the earlier hours of the day, giving SAAA double the coverage.
3.6 Please provide a short biography about yourself and why you believe you should be selected among other applicants applying for this position :
I'm Harley. I have a very long history within our city. I arrived here by boat, after being thrown overboard on a mission with the British Navy. After that incident I never looked back, adapting to this new city I have called home now for 7 years. I'll admit I was brought in by people I regret spending my time with. I allowed myself to become moulded by the darker side of this city, but never lost sight of my primary goal in life, running a successful business. I have recently managed to escape the grasp of that life that swallowed me whole.
I have managed to build a business with multiple successful branches, managed relationships with long standing organisations, and sit at the helm of the widest corporate success story of this city. I am confident in my abilities to grow further, and hope I can bring this strength to the government, and further progress my reformation.

Yes. Plenty of times. More times than I can fit into an application. Being a crim main for 7 years put me in situations that I have caught punishments for. I regret each of them, and have learned from each punishment or warning I have been given. I have never had a repeated punishment in my time at ECRP, which proves I have learned from each of them. Since my return over a year ago I have not recieved a single line on my admin panel
