3.1 What is your motivation behind wanting to join the Los Santos Emergency Medical Services? (minimum 75 words)

• ANSWER : My Motivation behind wanting to join the Los Santos Emergency Medical Services is because I think there is enough violence in this city. There are cops everywhere, dont get me wrong cops are a core part of making our city safe but there is a limit to how many cops is to many. In my experience the more cops in a single area there is usually more unrest and I dont want to be a part of that unrest. I want to help people rather than shoot/kill/arrest them. I want to help the people of Los Santos and/or San Andreas. I also have 1 more personal Motivation, which is the satisfaction of saving lives

3.2) What makes you a good candidate to join the Los Santos Emergency Medical Services? (minimum 75 words)

• ANSWER: Honestly. There isnt much because I have no experience in any sort of medical field. In-fact one of the only things I know about what to do as a medic is when someone is shot, which is if someone is shot anywhere on their legs and/or hands then you are to apply a tourniquet, but if they are shot on the chest you cant apply a tourniquet but you have to apply a chest seal. And if you dont have either you have to apply pressure on the wound. But something that improves my Candidacy choice is my willingness to learn all of it. It is also about how I dont give up on something when I put my mind to it. Another thing that makes me a good candidate is that I can drive really well and decently fast.

• ANSWER: If hired I would honestly first start improving my self personally as a unit of the Los Santos Emergency Medical Services, and only when I am confident enough is when I would start to help improve LSEMS. I would firstly attempt to raise the bar for professionalism, and then I would also help higher ranks with any work they need done which would also help encourage people below my rank (If I get promoted.) And people higher than me to also do the same. I would also help improve the sense of duty by staying reliable whenever anybody needs it.

• ANSWER: This is Lenny Farm. He was born in Las Vegas, moved to Los Angeles hoping for a better life, but thats not what he got. He has experienced fights just short of wars almost getting caught in the crossfires as a civilian. He tried to sell marijuana leaves but he got caught by a sherrifs officer on his first attempt the amount of leaves he had on his person should've got him arrested, but that kind deputy decided not to. That one moment changed him. He never tried to farm Marjuana leaves and/or sell them or use them to make blunts. His life changed.

• ANSWER: So I dont have any roleplay (In GTA RP.) or real-life experience, but I do have roleplay experience within this Roblox Roleplay game called Emergency Response Liberty County. I have roleplayed as a medic multiple times within that game but the only issue is that that game doesnt have much detail. Most of the time all we did was arrive at the scene, and if the victim didnt have a pulse we did CPR and took em to the hospital, and if they did have pulse we just put a tourniquet or a chest seal and took them to the hospital

• ANSWER: I thought trying out a new type of faction would be fun because everybody becomes LEO. And also the fact that I didnt reach OOC age requirement for any of the LEO departments.
