My name is Tucker Martin, and my story began in Indiana. Born into chaos, I grew up without ever knowing what a stable home felt like. My parents were deeply involved in heavy crime, spending most of my childhood in and out of prison. This forced me to shuffle between various relatives' houses every few months. Many of these environments were highly volatile, filled with drugs and constant shouting.Instead of letting this toxic upbringing ruin my future, it became my ultimate motivation. I refused to repeat my family's mistakes. To break the cycle, I packed my life into a few bags and moved out here to Los Santos. I wanted to distance myself from my family's bad reputation, find real structure, and build a life centered on doing the right thing.Surviving that childhood chaos forced me to grow up fast. It taught me how to read people and manage high-stress situations calmly. Today, my past is my fuel. I am on a personal mission to protect vulnerable people, help others escape toxic situations, and prove that I am nothing like the people who raised me.

i aminly want to join sadoc so that i can have a reliable income and have a steady job. i want to be able to clock in knowing i have a duty to serve and know that the purpose of me being there is for the good of sasn andreas. I should be chosen because I’m not some green recruit who needs their hand held; I’m a seasoned professional who knows exactly how intense a cell block can get, and I can step onto the floor ready to work on day one. Having already worked this job in three other cities, I’ve developed the thick skin and the physical grit needed to run a housing unit safely. I don’t freeze up when an institution goes into crisis, which means I can adapt on the fly, back up my fellow officers, and help lock down a facility smoothly when things go sideways. I take the chain of command and the code of conduct seriously because I’ve seen how quickly a jail falls apart when staff start cutting corners or ignoring the rules. Over the years, I’ve learned how to read inmate behavior like a book, which lets me spot brewing tension and talk down heated situations before weapons are drawn or fists start flying. Whether I’m cooling down a loud argument in the chow hall or handling a high-stress cell extraction, I keep my head cool because my main priority is making sure every officer on my shift goes home safe at night. I’m not the type to just sit in a secure control pod and stare at monitors all day. I believe in proactive supervision, which means walking the tiers, actively engaging with the population, and doing the tedious shake-downs needed to find contraband before it becomes a problem. On the legal side, I actually know my stuff, from use-of-force continuums and proper booking paperwork to respecting basic inmate rights. I make sure every single incident report I write is completely airtight so our actions hold up under administrative review. I have the prison smarts, the technical knowledge, and the work ethic to be a massive asset to this team.
