Date & Time of Incident(s): 24/MAY/26 06:21PM
Charge(s):
- WF07 - Firearms Trafficking
Narrative:
Was pulled over by multiple units and immediately boxed in with no idea as to why. Apparently my terminus had been found earlier in the day with heavies inside of it. I was not at the scene nor was I arrested when the terminus was found with said heavy weapons. But I was subsequently charged with it hours later and arrested. I found my terminus down near Banning by use of the tracking on my phone slightly before being arrested. Numerous people have keys and availability to use my terminus which I tend to leave at Bennys for use of running people to and from Pillbox.
I,
FMeleri Fox, hereby affirm that all information provided above is true and correct to the best of my knowledge, and understand that knowingly providing false information could result in additional charges and/or fines.

Witness Statement
- Hello, On the Night of May 24th, 2026. Deputies and Officers intercepted a gang affiliated vehicle with OTF affiliates inside. The vehicle was being operated by members of OTF and they commited crimes leading to their arrest. Multiple OTF members were arrested on weapon charges, attempted murder charges, and much more. Following a sweep of the Black Terminus following its participation in a crime I came across a crate filled with 10x Tactical SMGs. The weapons were siezed from the back of the Black Terminus and were found in a crate. Upon siezing the evidence, No one was taking account for it, Multiple superior officer and deputies informed me to charge the Registered Owner of the vehicle since no one was taking ownership. Mrs. Fox was analyzed outside the scene and displayed involvment but that does not pertain to the reason for the charge. She was charged for weapons trafficing due to the vehicle containing 10x Tactical SMGs. Because the vehicle was registered to her she was promptly charged and an arrest report was posted as per Departmental Policy. Directly next to me during the seizure was Detective Sultan who also a witness on this case. Evidence was investigated by Detective Sultan and myself and it was placed into evidence according to LSSD Policy.

Witness Statement
- To the Honorable Court,
On the night of the incident, we were informed that OTF members had opened fire on officers and deputies. After we lost sight of the vehicle that was transporting their injured members, another unit located them again near Hook, which is the location stated by Ms. Fox.
Once I arrived close to the scene, I heard over TAC that deputies were engaging the suspects. I pulled up and observed the situation as it unfolded. OTF was heavily outnumbered, so I attempted to assist the downed deputies and officers.
Shortly after the scene was declared Code 4, I spotted Meleri Fox on scene. I was informed by PD to give her a warning to leave the area or she would be arrested, and I did so.
After Ms. Fox left the scene, a deputy informed me that weapons had been found inside the vehicle. I stated that, if no one admitted ownership of the items, the registered owner could be held responsible for them. However, this heavily depends on the specific circumstances of the situation.
Once I was informed that Meleri Fox was the registered owner of the vehicle, I was hesitant to assume that she knew the weapons were in her trunk. However, by that point, she had already been told to leave the scene. PD higher-ups still wanted to charge Ms. Fox, even after I tried to explain the different possibilities regarding how the situation could have unfolded.
Since they were higher-ranking officers, I told Chris that we should follow their direction. After that, SD was instructed to charge Ms. Fox and put up the warrant, which is what happened.
I later transported a suspect along with the weapons. During transport, the suspect stated that he did not know anything about the guns either.
