The Officer of the Month recognition highlights one member of the Los Santos Police Department each month who has consistently gone above and beyond in the line of duty. Supervisory staff evaluate officer performance department-wide not only by their time on duty, but also by their administrative efforts, quality of work, attitude, teamwork, and adherence to the core values that define the Department. Dedication, outstanding performance, unrivaled professionalism, and an unwavering commitment to protecting and serving the people of Los Santos are just some of the qualities that define these officers.

For May 2026, it is with great honor that we recognize Police Officer II Clint Springer for his exceptional performance and dedication to the Department.


Graduating from from the Los Santos Police Academy on March 24th, 2026, Officer Springer has quickly made a name for himself in the department. Promoted to Police Officer I he was assigned to the Rockford Hills Patrol Division on April 16th, 2026. Only a short month later, he was promoted to Police Officer II, reflecting the outstanding performance and professionalism he has displayed early in his career.

He has established himself as a dependable and hardworking member of the General Operations Bureau, despite only being in the department a few months. Throughout the month of May, he consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to both patrol operations and administrative responsibilities.

Lieutenant II Carl Jacobs wrote: Officer Clint Springer joined Rockford Hills Patrol Division on the 16th of April, 2026, and since then he's been one of the top performers in the General Operations Bureau. Clint put in a fantastic effort during May, leading the way in the Division with over 128 hours on shift and over 200 pieces of paperwork. The effort and commitment shown by Officer Springer are a testament to the Department.

Officer Springer's work ethic, professionalism, and commitment to serving the community have made a strong impression on his supervisors and peers alike.
