My name is Mike Costigan, born and raised in Los Santos. I was raised in a bad neighborhood to learn discipline, responsibility and respect for the law. I have always had a great respect for those who dedicate their lives to public service and keeping order in the community. I have built up good communication and conflict resolution skills over the years through various jobs and personal experiences. I work well under pressure, remain calm when faced with difficult situations, and always aim to be professional. I believe in equal treatment for all, no matter where people come from. I want to build a secure career with the opportunity to make a positive contribution to society and continue to develop myself both personally and professionally.

I want to work for the San Andreas Department of Corrections because I believe that keeping correctional facilities secure and safe is an important responsibility. I am interested in assisting in providing a safe environment for staff and inmates alike while promoting professionalism and respect. You should hire me because I am mature, patient and can deal with stressful situations without losing control. I have made some poor decisions in the past that resulted in misdemeanor charges of reckless driving, stolen property, vehicle registration fraud and grand theft. Those experiences taught me about accountability, discipline and respecting the law. Since then, I have worked hard to better myself by avoiding criminal activity, surrounding myself with better influences and focusing on building a stable and professional future. I know trust is earned with actions and I am determined to prove I have changed and can be a responsible asset to the Department of Corrections”

Yes, I have been a mechanic at Los Santos Customs before. My duties were fixing cars and doing upkeep for customers’ cars, diagnosing mechanical issues, and servicing clients. The job helped me develop teamwork and communication skills, as well as patience and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced setting. I also gained a sense of personal responsibility and learned about the impact of attention to detail as well as the value of professionalism during stressful situations.

Yes, I previously received a FearRP punishment. I understood the mistake after speaking with the administration team and learned the importance of properly valuing my character’s life during roleplay situations. Since then, I have improved my roleplay standards, paid closer attention to server rules, and avoided repeating the same mistake. I have not received any faction bans.
