      Phone Number: 99

    Witness Statement
    • While on shift with Commander George Hill, a 911 call came in regarding a store robbery at Rancho Retail store. *See Exhibit A
      EXHIBIT A
      Image
Our unit was extremely close by and we responded right away. Upon arriving at the store, I spotted a vehicle fleeing that was one times occupied. Additionally, a suspect wearing a bull mask and a type of a cow print top ran from the store, got onto a bike that was parked in the alley way to the left of the store and attempted to flee the scene. Units chased the bike that was seen fleeing the store and that suspect was later identified as Synthia Redd. *See Exhibit B
      EXHIBIT B
      Image
I also witnessed an individual (later identified as Diana Butler) running out of the store entrance and jumping over a wall directly to the left of the store. *See Exhibit C
      EXHIBIT C
      Image
I personally went into the store and checked the CCTV footage. *See Exhibit D
      EXHIBIT D
      Image
While units had Diana Butler detained out front of the Rancho Retail store, a pink & white Woodlander (LP: LESBIAN) pulled up across the street from the store and was spectating. The suspect in the vehicle was identified as Sydney Fuentes. Sydney Fuentes was still wearing the same clothing from the store robbery. I had also checked her bleeter and found this post that she posted only minutes before the 911 call for the store robbery came in. *See Exhibit E
      EXHIBIT E
      Image
During the detainment of Diana Butler, it was discovered that she was wearing different clothing then what was captured in the CCTV footage from inside the store. However, as stated above - when my unit arrived onto the original scene I saw two other suspects leave the scene of the store robbery and the third suspect, later identified as Diana Butler, jump over the wall to the left of the store. I later observed her come out from behind the same wall; no other suspects were left in the area, and officers had then detained her in front of the store. I checked the area behind the wall and located the clothing that matched the clothing worn by the suspect (Diana Butler) in the CCTV footage from the store robbery. *See Exhibit F - F-3

    Witness Statement
    • on 20/APR/2026, I witnessed the individual known as Diana Butler jumping over a fence and almost getting on the bike ,BF400, of another individual fleeing from the scene of a recently robbed store. As we investigated the scene we noticed that the camera was recording in the corner of the store. The footage showed 3 individuals robbing and holding the store clerk hostage. One of the individuals in the video resembled the driver of the BF400 who sped off as soon as my unit had arrived. We placed Ms. Butler in custody as we investigated. We further investigated the wall that Ms. Butler was seen jumping over. Behind that wall was clothing matching the same outfit worn by one of the robbers. Once Hill arrived i reported what i had found. Hill discussed the situation with another officer and then instructed myself and the cadet with me at the time to arrest Ms. Butler as a the suspect linked to the crime.
