  • Bank robbery
Narrative:
I was finishing my day at the beach when i decided to go offroad for a little on some hills. i was doing some sick tricks when i noticed a helicopter following me at dangerously low altitudes. I decided to go to a near by main road so the helicopter could call it out that i would be waiting. when police forced me off my bicycle without giving me any reason why, i remained composed and quite. They searched through my belongings without a warrant and placed me in cuffs. i was manhandled to the seat of a cruiser detective zero hunter who had a firm grip on my arm. i had bruised on my arm from the grip and had them checked out by the medical staff at DOC. I was arrested by hunter for no reason and no evidence that i was involved in any bank robbery. Ive been abused by the system and forced to serve a year and 10 months of my life for a crime i did not commit.

I, Frank Knight, hereby affirm that all information provided above is true and correct to the best of my knowledge, and understand that knowingly providing false information could result in additional charges and/or fines. MOTION FOR DISCOVERY

IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF SAN ANDREAS

State of San Andreas v. Frank Knight
#26-BT-0045

A Motion for Discovery was filed in the above case on the 7th day of June, 2026.

The State of San Andreas, by and through the undersigned attorney, filed this Motion for Discovery, and presents the following as evidence;

  • Exhibit #1 Arrest Report

    Los Santos Police Department

    ARREST REPORT
    "TO PROTECT AND TO SERVE"

    • ARREST DETAILS
      • Arresting Officer: Zero Hunter
        Callsign: 3-K-2

        Date of Arrest: 28/APR/2026
        Officers Involved:
        • Police Detective II Zero Hunter
Narrative: Explain what happened in detail, provide sufficient detail to justify the charges. Video and image evidence can be provided. Specifically state why each charge listed was placed.
On 28/MAY Chumash Bank's Alarm went off and numerous PD and SD units responded who had already been in a JTAC together for a pursuit, including AIR (Not sure if it was PD or SDs). AIR-1 ended up finding and following a bike that had left the area of the bank and stopped numerous times at different locations. Detective Hunter, arriving on a BF400 stopped with the bike too, first identifying the plate and the owner of the bike, conducting a normal 10-55. After gaining PID the suspect was asked to step off the bike as they had been seen leaving the area of the bank. CCTV at this time had been checked and identified a few of the suspects that were seen. Whilst detained Frank Knight had been patted down and his radio taken for the time being. The detective checked the radio and on it he found numerous suspects, all talking on the frequency about the bank robbery and how they had failed. One suspect then named Frank by name, calling out that he was in cuffs whilst they watched from around the area. They then spoke about moving to a new bank to hit whilst the arrest was going on. The entire radio moved over to You-Tool bank where units also moved to. With the suspect on the same radio frequency as the bank robbers, being called out by name and confirmed affiliation with the bank robbers along with literally leaving the area of the bank; he was charged with bank robbery.

Furthermore, during the arresting procedure at DOC the SD unit that took my suspect told me over TAC that he gave Frank his one phone call and regretted it as he seemed to be doing something shifty with the phone, potentially sending texts. When figuring out what time in the operation this had happened it lined up with when the suspects on frequency decided to bind up and we lost our comped freq.
