Why should we hire you over anyone else? (I have the skills and abilities to handle any and every situation that were to arise. I strive to make inmates and coworkers feel respected at all times. I am skilled in verbal judo and de-escalation techniques that were learned while in the military and honed while on patrol. I feel like I would be a good match for the department and eagerly await to hear back. I would also like to have a job where I feel safe so that I can offer all of my attention to my job.
