Rio Marino was born in the USA on 11th of November 1997. He was raised in an environment where discipline and respect were expected, which shaped his personality early on./ He learned to stay calm in stressful situations and act after thinking instead of reacting emotionally. Over time he has developed strong patience and the ability to make even the most difficult to deal with or uncooperative to cooperate, not by force, but by befriending them.
Rio prefers having a clear set of rules and structure to follow, since he believes they are necessary to maintain order. He is reliable and consistent, always showing up focused on what needs to be done.

I'd like to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections for many reasons, one of which is because it's a role that requires discipline and control. It's not about authority, it's about maintaining order in an envoirnement where things can escalate quickly if handled poorly. That kind of responsibility is something that I'm interested in and prepared for.
A reason why you should hire me is that I don't let my emotions decide my actions. I follow procedures and handle situations in a professional way.
