Case Information
- Case Number: 26-BT-0036
Incident Date: 06/APR/2026
Witness Information
- Name: [Eghon White]
Date of Birth: [12/DEC/1997]
Phone Number: [N/A]
Occupation: Deputy Sheriff
Witness Statement
- [On 06/APR/2026, I responded to a 911 report regarding the destruction of an ATM. Upon arrival, I observed the suspect, later identified as Lilliana Hirano, actively smashing an ATM in the middle of a public thoroughfare.
I successfully apprehended and handcuffed the suspect. During a search incident to arrest, I recovered Hirano's San Andreas Driver's License and a quantity of 'packed money' that had been extracted from the ATM. I conducted a count of the recovered currency and determined the total value to be $7,000. Based on this value exceeding the $4,000 threshold, the charge of GF10 - Grand Theft was established.
While I was preparing to escort the suspect to my patrol vehicle, an unidentified associate of the suspect arrived at the scene. Despite being in handcuffs, the suspect utilized her body weight to tackle me to the ground and proceeded to strike me with her legs towards my face. In the ensuing struggle, and with the assistance of the aforementioned associate, the suspect managed to flee into a vehicle and evade the scene.
Because the suspect’s identity had been positively confirmed via her physical license prior to her escape, a Warrant Report was filed for the charges of Grand Theft, Battery on a Government Employee, and Evading. I am aware that LSPD units subsequently encountered and arrested the suspect later that evening following further criminal activity.
]
