State of San Andreas v. Robin Bank
Case No. 26-BT-0021
DEFENSE RESPONSE IN OPPOSITION TO MOTION FOR CONTINUANCE
To the Honorable Court,
The Defense respectfully submits this response in opposition to the Prosecution’s Motion for Continuance filed on March 25, 2026.
The Prosecution has already been afforded a period of thirty (30) days to gather and produce discovery materials. This timeframe is more than sufficient under standard procedural expectations. Granting additional time would unjustifiably delay proceedings and prejudice the Defendant.
Furthermore, this case originates from what has been described, by the arresting officer, as an investigation conducted. As such, the evidence forming the basis of the charges should have been collected, reviewed, and readily available prior to the filing of said charges. The inability of the Prosecution to produce such evidence at this stage reflects a lack of due diligence rather than a legitimate need for additional time.
The Defense respectfully requests that this Honorable Court
DENY the Prosecution’s Motion for Continuance.

IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF SAN ANDREAS
The State of San Andreas v. Robin Bank
#26-BT-0021
A decision was reached in the above case on the 25th day of March, 2026.
The Court will accept the Motion for Continuance, given that it is the result of the arresting department, not the prosecution, and the short timeframe requested. Without exhibits or evidence by either party, no such prejudice can be found at this point for either party.
Additionally, the court notes that the preferences regarding the defendant and their representation have not been clarified. The court hereby instructs them to finalize, within the next week, how they will proceed vis-à-vis representation. This is also a reminder that a public attorney is available for consultation at no cost.
A continuance for one week is hereby granted.
So Ordered,

State of San Andreas v. Robin Bank
#26-BT-0021
A Motion for Discovery was filed in the above case on the 3rd day of April, 2026.
The State of San Andreas, by and through the undersigned attorney, filed this Motion for Discovery, and presents the following as evidence;

Los Santos Police Department
ARREST REPORT
"TO PROTECT AND TO SERVE" |
- ARREST DETAILS
- Arresting Officer: Mick Wegman
Callsign: 3-A-12
Date of Arrest: 21/FEB/2026
Officers Involved:
- Police Detective II Mick Wegman
Narrative: Explain what happened in detail, provide sufficient detail to justify the charges. Video and image evidence can be provided. Specifically state why each charge listed was placed.
On December 19, 2025, bank robbery at Legion Square involving the Mid Night Club, Robin Bank was identified as a primary suspect. During the incident, suspects reportedly held a victim at gunpoint before fleeing in a white La Coureuse registered to Robin Bank. Aerial surveillance tracked this vehicle north through Sandy Shores and into Paleto Bay, observing the occupants engaging in multiple cash hand-offs and evading ground units. Using thermal imaging, AIR-1 confirmed the vehicle's occupants were the sole users of a specific ATM in Paleto Bay during a critical time window. Subsequent ATM logs confirmed Robin Bank as the individual who accessed the machine during that period, leading to the charges of SF07 - Bank Robbery and VF01 - Evading an Officer.
Casefile #218721
He was pulled over by officers where Detective Wegman executed the Pending arrest and found Steriods, Meth, and Marijuiana in his bag.

Witness Statement
- On 21/FEB/2026 Bryan Trey requested a supervisor to his location over a incident that occurred at San Andreas Department of Corrections. My unit and Detective Xoza Shadow were the highest on shift where we then made our way down.
I remembered that we were looking for Robin Bank in relation to an Arrest Warrant from a casefile where I then informed Detective Shadow. After Bryan informed that the individual refused to provide identification Shadow and my unit responded.
At 16:49 I informed Shadow that the individual is listed as a Pending Arrest for charges where I responded code 2 from Zancudo Grande Valley.
I arrived at the enterence to DOC where I awaited Detective Shadow to arrive, we then got confused whether it was already handled or not to which we went in assuming the arrest was not made for the case.
Upon arrival we approached the individual approaching Robin where I ask him for his licenses, the individual gave me ID confirming the individual is Robin Bank. The name does match the Arrest Warrant where I then stepped aside with Robin gaining his side of the story, after getting his side I then approached Trey and got his side of the story.
Through this we just talked about the situation, I then approached Shadow to talk where we agreed not to issue reckless and just proceed with the charges from the arrest report, I looked over the footage just to guage ensure it was not very reckless which the Bodycam showed it not being extreme.
After that was determined I approached Mr. Banks and cuffed him then escorted him into the back of our cruiser and into the Department of Corrections. Prior to escort into the SADOC I informed Bank of the charges and then told him of the reason if his arrest within the Department of Corrections.
After informing the suspect of the charges we moved into DOC and he was eventually frisked. After he was processed, I went back out to verify that Detective Shadow was safe after being told during the talk that there was an incident, I then searched the bag from Robin Bank locating 2x Meth, 1x Marijuana, 1x Steroids to which I then added another charge of the possession.

Case Information
- Incident Date: 21/FEB/2026
Witness Information
- Name: Tom Jaywood
Date of Birth: 25/JAN/1995
Phone Number: 112-112
Occupation: Detective I, Los Santos Police Department
Witness Statement
- On 19th DEC 2025 I was assigned to a casefile regarding a bank robbery at Legion Square involving the Mid Night Club affiliates. At the time of this incident, I held the rank of Police Officer II and was a member of the Detective Support Unit, assisting Detective Messiah Young.
I was not present at the scene, as I was sleeping throughout this event. The reported incident began when suspects entered the bank with a hostage identified as Lily Owen, who was threatened with heavy weapons including carbine rifles. Following the robbery, the suspects fled the scene in multiple vehicles, leading to a pursuit that moved north. Lieutenant II Carl Jacobs was in AIR-1 and provided continuous aerial surveillance of a rainbow-colored La Coureuse registered to Robin Banks. Ground units lost visual contact due to severe weather at several points, but AIR-1 maintained eyes on the vehicle the entire time. During this tracking, the suspects were observed handing off cash to a citizen in Sandy Shores before continuing to Paleto Bay, as Officer David Loan arrived and held them at gunpoint before they evaded again.
At approximately 01:34 AM, AIR-1 utilized thermal imaging to witness the two occupants of the La Coureuse interacting with a Paleto Bay ATM. Based on this narrative, the bodycam footage provided by Lieutenant II Carl Jacobs and Officer David Loan, and a Gang-Related Incident Report written by Officer Tyrone Turner, I finalized the initial casefile and compiled evidence to support a search warrant for the bank records. After Detective Young secured the warrant, as I did not have permissions to file one myself, I assisted in investigating the ATM logs. These logs positively identified Robin Banks as one of the individuals who accessed the ATM during the specified timeframe between 01:34 AM and 01:35 AM.
I concluded the case by noting the appropriate charges for Evading an Officer and Bank Robbery, eventually moving the file toward archiving and a Pending Arrest.
Detective II Mick Wegman pulled Robin Banks over on 21/FEB/2026 and executed the pending arrest, finding he was in possession of Steroids, Meth, and Marijuana.

Respectfully I am no longer wanting to continue with this case, I just find it rediculous the amount of pushing for the time and the amount of MOTION FOR CONTINUANCE that are being accepted, this case comes back to an incident on the 19th of december 2025 then took the department untill the 21st of february 2026 to made the arrest where the case officially hit the court.
On the 21st of february the NOTICE OF ACTIVATION & ORDER FOR DISCOVERY giving 30 days to post the discovery and evidence.
On the 25th of march the prosecution posts MOTION FOR CONTINUANCE, more then 30 days later the prosecution was not even able to provide evidence and response yet it is charges that resulted from an already investigated matter.
03rd of april after more then a week which is the time granted an arrested report came out.
then a day before the trial which was planned on the 26th of april 23 days after the evidence posted the prosecution decided to post another wave of evidence and another MOTION FOR CONTINUANCE which gets accepted.
The constitution states " 6th Amendment
In all criminal trials brought forth by or too the San Andreas Judicial Branch, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial"
It is sad to see a judge is accomplice to breach of the constitution and allowing the prosecution for more then reasonable time. If the states is failing to provide prosecution and they lack of staff, probably it is better to reconsider the whole system.
I would like to thank Hugh Allgood for his professionalism and taking the case.
