Dear Rashood,

It is our pleasure to inform you that you have passed your interview and PT stage and moved to the next stage of our recruitment drive; the academy! You are now a Department of Corrections Academy Student!
Pre-Academy Onboarding
Be sure to check the following resources as part of your preparation:
- [SADOC] Academy Schedules: Choose the academy session that best fits your availability.
- [SADOC] CT & CCO Contract of Employment: Read and sign the employment contract.
- [SADOC] Pre-Academy Learning Material: Review the material thoroughly, sign it and prepare any questions in advance.
Academy Information
For the academy, you are required to bring a notepad, pen, and personal radio for note-taking.
The Academy starts with a classroom session that covers the core knowledge necessary to succeed as a CO or CCO, followed by a comprehensive prison tour to review procedures and regulations.

Upon further background checks, we regret to inform you that we have no choice but to deny your application to join the SADOC. Your application has therefore been archived. Due to the following reasons, we were unable to accept you today:
- During our routine checks for on-the-spot recruitments, we found that you were dishonorably discharged. From the LSSD, after reaching out and receiving details on your previous discharge. We do not believe you are what we look for in a candidate in our department.
