Explain what happened, sufficient detail must be given to validate the justify the placed charges, videos could be provided.
Radio surveillance captured Lucien Vespucci and John Chapel arranging an illegal ammo trade. Simultaneously, Alistair Vespucci coordinated with Chapel to lure Miles Hansen into an ambush at Alta Apartments. Chapel retrieved a Class 3 Machine Gun, fatally shot Hansen, hid the weapon (Tampering), and evaded capture. He proceeded to a diner to complete the ammo trade with Lucien. Police arrested Chapel with the agreed-upon ammunition but no gun. This confirms the Murder, Alistair's Accessory role as bait, and the group's Unlawful Assembly for trafficking and violence.

Witness Information
Name: Tim Sutton Date of Birth: 05/JUN/1997 Phone Number: [###-####] Occupation: Gang Detective, LSSD
Witness Statement
I was on duty, working as a detective. I was listening in on a compromised radio frequency being used by Eastside mob, which Alistair Vespucci is a high ranking member of. Listening in on the radio frequency, a situation unfolded. Alistair Vespucci made a radio call that he was shot, and being chased by someone he named as Miles Hansen. through the radio communications, there seemed to be an ongoing conflict between this Miles Hansen and Alistair Vespucci. Radio chatter continued where John Chapel called out organizing an ambush to murder the alleged Miles Hansen chasing Alistair Vespucci. Alistair Vespucci followed along, pulling along the active pursuit into the ambush zone to murder the individual chasing him. I was able to confirm the voice as Alistair Vespucci as he was later referenced as "Ali" which is a very clear, obvious, known nickname for Alistair Vespucci. I believe this gave me enough probable cause to charge Alistair Vespucci with accessory to murder, and unlawful assembly, along with the other charges placed on his affiliates over the situation.
Witness Affirmation
I, Tim Sutton, affirm that the above statement is true to the best of my knowledge and belief. I affirm that this statement has been made voluntarily, made without promise of reward, and made not under threat, force, or coercion.((I affirm that all information submitted has been obtained via In-Character means.))
Signed,
Tim Sutton

MOTION FOR INVOLUNTARY DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE
IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF SAN ANDREAS
State of San Andreas v. Alistair Vespucci
#25-BT-0136
A Motion for Inoluntary Dismissal with Prejudice was filed in the above case on the 16th day of January, 2026.
The State of San Andreas, by and through the undersigned attorney, filed this Motion for Involuntary Dismissal, and the reasoning for request is as follows;
Reasoning: In the interest in prosecutorial and judicial resources, we do not believe this case should go forward and believe the case should be dismissed, involuntarily, and should be dismissed with prejudice and not allowed to be brought again before this Court.

((Alistair Vespucci here.
My ban is pending appeal. If we could wait a bit, that would be great. I'll happily inform HotPipinLeo of the outcome as soon as I have it. I don't see it as appropriate to end the entirety of the RP at this point. ))

COURT DECISION
IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF SAN ANDREAS
The State of San Andreas v. Alistair Vespucci
#25-BT-0136
A decision was reached in the above case on the 17th day of January, 2026.
The court acknowledges the prosecutions motion for involuntary dismissal with prejudice for this case. Upon looking at various reasons and events that have occurred the court will be granting the Motion for Involuntary Dismissal, yet I will be overruling the stance to dismiss with with prejudice and instead the case will be dismissed without prejudice. This case will be able to be heard by the courts again in the future if different circumstances are in order.
((due to me just like not knowing when or how long your ban appeal will take since I don’t know what the severity or reasoning behind it is, for backlog purposes and like so more cases can be heard, i’m going to dismiss the case currently. if your ban is appealed you may file an appeal with the supreme court to get the case reinstated and we can continue on with the RP))
So Ordered, Magistrate Judge
