SAN ANDREAS PENAL CODE AMENDMENTS
All changes stated within this document are effective on 7th of December, 2025.

- GF19 - Abuse or Desecration of Dead Human Body
- GF20 - Possession of Human Body Tissue
- ARCHIVE - Archived Laws for use in pending Criminal Trials in the Superior Court
General Felonies
GF19 - Abuse or Desecration of Dead Human Body- A person is guilty of abuse or desecration of a dead human body if the person intentionally and unlawfully:
- removes, conceals, or destroys a dead human body or any part of it or Moves it from one location to another
- disinters a buried or otherwise interred dead human body, without authority of a government order.
- Interring a dead human body without the qualification of gravedigging and a death certificate copy.
- dismembers a dead human body to any extent, or damages or detaches any part or portion of a dead human body.
- perform any form of practice with a dead human body without being a licensed medical practitioner.
