I have amended the original license application to include 2 more subsidiaries we have acquired following a business merger this evening. Rockford Rentals & Rockford Security

We have acquired McMillan Rentals and Kevin McMillan has joined our team as a Director of Services. He will be leading the two new subsidiaries Rockford Rentals & Rockford Security.

These two businesses will not be operating until February, so we are good to keep January's licenses the same, but will need the additional licenses added for the following months.

Good Afternoon @Mick Wegman,

I believe you may have done your math incorrectly. I have reviewed all listed licenses. All monthly cost licenses listed should add up to $150,000. Removing the Fuel Retailer license for the month of February due to Berkowitz Gaz having an ongoing bulk purchase license until March. This totals to $130,000.

Then taking the 30% discount due to our Legal Services status, this should total to $91,000 to be paid for February, $105,000/month ongoing from March onwards.

We have overpaid this month due to our calculations incorrectly using our old Legal Services discount. We will take the loss here.

  • GRBL:04 - Fuel Retailer (You missed this one) $20,000
  • GRBL:03 - Food & Drink Service $10,000
  • GRBL:05 - Liquor $10,000
  • FSBL:05 - Law Firm $10,000
  • GRBL:06 - Grocery $10,000
  • FSBL:04 - Private Security Firm $10,000
  • Total: $150,000 (With 30% discount this totals to $105,000)
The following licenses below are one-off cost licenses, which have been paid in a previous month, and should not be used in monthly payment calculations
  • PBBL:03 - Residential Renting $15,000
  • Vending Machine Retailer $15,000
  • Hotel/Motel $15,000
  • Raffles $15,000
  • Event Organiser $15,000
  • Total: $75,000 (We have paid this $75,000 over the previous months as we've acquired each business, and we have paid these in total.)
I assume this is why your calculations are coming out different to mine, due to you including the one-off cost business licenses.

    Apologies, it was a miscalculation on my end. I believe I had incorrect amount listed on a license that was activated.

    The monthly payment is $105,000 as you've stated, which this license will be renewed till 1st of March, 2026. You have then over paid 11,000 dollars which may be used for next month making March payment will be 94,000.
