- Reasoning: The prosecution would like to request a second continuance till the 18 of January. Yesterday I was notified that the arresting department has been unable to provide key evidence due to the arresting officer being on LOA from the 3rd of December till the 15th of January. If needed the prosecution can proceed with the currently collected evidence.
