• Reasoning: The prosecution would like to request a second continuance till the 18 of January. Yesterday I was notified that the arresting department has been unable to provide key evidence due to the arresting officer being on LOA from the 3rd of December till the 15th of January. If needed the prosecution can proceed with the currently collected evidence.

The disputed charge(s) of Accessory to VF01 - Evading an Officer and GM14 - Obstruction of Justice will be removed from the record of the defendant. Thank you to both parties, this case is hereby dismissed.
