I do not think believe my license is expired, matter of fact if you do the smallest effort reading you will see that it is not:

I believe we are still in February 2026. February comes before October in the annual calendar, which means my license is not expired.
It appears that only the title was reviewed before issuing the strike, which suggests a lack of proper consideration. Therefore, I am providing my payment again, which I made on December 11, 2025.
