That was an accidental signing, I'm willing to pay extra court fees to accommodate, but I'd like to have my case heard fully.

Docket Notice
"HERE FOR YOU | SAFE FOR YOU" |
- Prosecution and defense counsel,
The Court will accept the modification to your plea for the GM14 - Obstruction of Justice charge, to be Not Guilty.
Prosecution, please let the Court know if you need any further time for discovery with this modification. The Discovery for this case is due; however, with this notice, the Court will allow leniency. If you need any more than five (5) days, please file an appropriate Motion for Continuance.
(( After confirming with Staff, we will consider the Guilty plea of GM14 - Obstruction of Justice to be Not Guilty. This was the only contested charge to come up during a short period after the new system was released, so a minor accommodation can be made, given the intent to appeal all charges. This won't be an issue for any other case, given the time since the system was released. ))
Respectfully,

MOTION FOR DISCOVERY
IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF SAN ANDREAS
State of San Andreas v. Bongo Haze
#25-BT-0127
A Motion for Discovery was filed in the above case on the Day of November, 2025.
The State of San Andreas, by and through the undersigned attorney, filed this Motion for Discovery, and presents the following as evidence;

Los Santos Police Department
ARREST REPORT
"TO PROTECT AND TO SERVE" |
- ARREST DETAILS
- Arresting Officer: Charles Williams
Callsign: 4-D-43
Date of Arrest: 14/OCT/2025
Officers Involved:
- Police Officer III David Loan
- Police Detective I Mark Snow
- Police Lieutenant I Jamie Lockwood
- Police Detective II Mick Wegman
- Police Officer II Tyrone Turner
Narrative: Explain what happened in detail, provide sufficient detail to justify the charges. Video and image evidence can be provided. Specifically state why each charge listed was placed.
A
Warrant Report was placed for this suspect and all relevant information for it can be found in it.
As for the GM27 - Incitement of Violence against a Peace Officer charge, the individual said in front of a bunch of known felons who were inmates at the Department of Corrections, he'll give them $100k to "put me on my back," referencing killing me or at the very least committing violence acts against me, against my will.
The suspect can be seen with the same hairstyle, hair colour, necklace, face tattoos and same voice as the images in the warrant report. Lieutenant Williams also has the footage saved and ready, as the individual said he will be contesting the charges through to the Judicial Branch.
MUGSHOT
SUSPECT #1 DETAILS

Los Santos Police Department
WARRANT REPORT
"TO PROTECT AND TO SERVE" |
- SUSPECT DETAILS
- Full Name: Bongo Haze
Phone Number: 4474862
Officers Involved:
- Police Lieutenant II Charles Williams
Charges:
- GM14 - Obstruction of Justice
- GF16 - Tampering with Evidence
- GM19 - Face Concealment (b)
INCIDENT NARRATIVE
- Explain what happened, sufficient detail must be given to validate the justify the placed charges, videos could be provided.
- In the early hours of Tuesday morning, well known gangs Only the Family and Empire launched 2 ambushes in quick succession against the LSPD. The weapons used included Pistol .50's and Assault Rifles and unfortunately we lost one of our Officers to the first ambush at Benny's. The individual was seen at the scene of the crime unmasked and in the exact same clothing, vehicle and hanging around the same people. As soon as the shots all started firing, Bongo was actively trying to help the original 10-15 escape and when I eventually got knocked down after being in a 1v5 situation, he moved me into a more dangerous position out in the open, further endangering my life. Mr Haze then picked up the firearm from the suspect I had gunned down, before coming back and taking the suspect away, presumably to Pillbox as that suspect was later seen in another ambush.
Mr Haze actively tried to obstruct justice by helping a 10-15 escape, tampered with evidence by retrieving the firearm from a downed suspect before taking them away and did all of this with his face concealed to avoid his identity being revealed, despite having it off just minutes prior.
Method of Identification
EVIDENCE DETAILS
- Document the possessions confiscated from the arrested suspect.
Illegal evidence must be documented individually, examples of documented illegal evidence are "Pistol .50" or "12 grams of Cocaine". Body camera footage/pictures may be attached as an evidence exhibit.
Where possible the serial number of each firearm seized as evidence should be noted.

Official Witness Statement
"HERE FOR YOU | SAFE FOR YOU"
Case Information
- Incident Date: 14/OCT/2025
Witness Information
- Name: Charles Williams
Date of Birth: 10/JAN/1999
Phone Number: 247-3407
Occupation: Police Captain I, Los Santos Police Department
Witness Statement
- Everything has already been outlined in my warrant report and arrest report for this individual. I had positive visual identification and I will link the bodycam footage. Couple all of this with the images I took directly from my bodycam footage seen in the reports, I don't see what leg this individual has to stand on. As for the GM27 - Incitement of Violence against a Peace Officer charge, as previously explained, we were at the Department of Corrections and just before processing the individual told all the inmates he would pay them $100,000 to "put this Officer with the tablet out on his back." I was the only Officer with a tablet out as I was confirming charges. "Putting someone on their back" is a term that clearly incites violence as there is no other context to it. There was venom in the way in which Mr Haze spoke to me and this can all be confirmed with DOC's CCTV if you are able to get access to it. I also have everything on bodycam. (( Didn't record the DOC part and all other footage was deleted to make space on my PC. I think what I've provided in the reports and above is more than sufficient regardless. ))
Witness Affirmation
- I, Charles Williams, affirm that the above statement is true to the best of my knowledge and belief. I affirm that this statement has been made voluntarily, made without promise of reward, and made not under threat, force, or coercion. ((I affirm that all information submitted has been obtained via In-Character means.))
Signed,

Charles Williams

#25-BT-0127
A Motion for Continuance was filed in the above case on the 3 Day of December, 2025.
The Defendant, by and through the undersigned attorney, filed this Motion for Continuance, and the reasoning for request is as follows;
- Reasoning: Newly appointed primary counsel requires additional time to coordinate with defendant.
- Detailed Explanation: The Defense has recently taken over as primary counsel for this matter. Upon review of the case file and trial strategy, it is imperative that the Defense meet with defendant whose testimony is vital to the case. Due to the recent change in representation, this meeting has not yet occurred. We request a brief continuance to facilitate this interview and ensure the Defendant is afforded effective assistance of counsel.

COURT DECISION
IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF SAN ANDREAS
The State of San Andreas v. Bongo Haze
#25-BT-0127
A decision was reached in the above case on the 4th day of January, 2026.
Due to a a lack of response from the defendant, the case will now be accepting the plea of guilty from the defendant. The defendant was given ample time to interact with the courts and file availability. If any of the dates and times did not align with the schedule of the defendant, they were able to contact the courts stating the like. As little to no contact has been made with the courts in the past months, this case will now be archived and the charges will remain on the record of the defendant.
Respectfully,
