MOTION FOR DISCOVERY
IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF SAN ANDREAS
State of San Andreas v. Dmitri Leroy
#25-BT-0124
A Motion for Discovery was filed in the above case on the 3rd of November, 2025.
The State of San Andreas, by and through the undersigned attorney, filed this Motion for Discovery, and presents the following as evidence;

Los Santos Police Department
ARREST REPORT
"TO PROTECT AND TO SERVE" |
- ARREST DETAILS
- Arresting Officer: Jordan Blix
Callsign: 3-U-10
Date of Arrest: 03/OCT/2025
Officers Involved:
- Police Detective II Jordan Blix
- Deputy Chief Jason Steel
- Police Detective I Grace Steel
- Police Detective I Sebastian Knight
Narrative: Explain what happened in detail, provide sufficient detail to justify the charges. Video and image evidence can be provided. Specifically state why each charge listed was placed.
On or about October 3, 2025, Leroy was suspected of commiting a crime violent in nature. Due to the potential threat posed by the circumstances, a 10-66 was initiated to ensure officer safety during contact with the individual. During the safety patdown I noticed a large metal object in his bag which resembled an assault rifle, upon further inspection it turned out to be an assault rifle MK II. Given the seriousness of the offense, coupled with the discovery of both an illegal firearm and a controlled substance, Leroy was placed under arrest without further incident. He was subsequently processed and transported to the Department of Corrections, where he was remanded into custody to serve his imposed sentence

COURT DECISION
IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF SAN ANDREAS
The State of San Andreas v. Dmitri Leroy
#25-BT-0124
A decision was reached in the above case on the 20th day of December, 2025.
Due to a lack of response from the defendant, the case will now be accepting the plea of guilty from the defendant. The defendant was given ample time to interact with the courts and file availability. If any of the dates and times did not align with the schedule of the defendant, they were able to contact the courts stating the like. As little to no contact has been made with the courts in the past 3-4 weeks, this case will now be archived and the charges will remain on the record of the defendant.
Respectfully,

Superior Court Justice
