A Motion for Discovery was filed in the above case on the 16th of October, 2025.

ARREST REPORT
"TO PROTECT AND TO SERVE" |
- ARREST DETAILS
- Arresting Officer: Zane Vane
Callsign: 21-L-28
Date of Arrest: 15/SEP/2025
Officers Involved:
- Police Officer II Zane Vane
Narrative: Explain what happened in detail, provide sufficient detail to justify the charges. Video and image evidence can be provided. Specifically state why each charge listed was placed.
Blaze Seaborn was seen leaving from the bank robbery and was being followed by AIR-1 all the time. He decided to enter his apartment and we decided to stay outside of it all the time and he eventually came out of it without his mask and T-shirt. Looking at bank's bolo and the bolo I made once he went inside his apartments, his tattoos were matching same as his shoes, and it was the only person in that period who entered and left apartment too. Once I told him to step inside my vehicle, he got into another Kamacho and decided to evade, they started rolling down the mountain, I tased Blaze and processed him.
He was charged with:
VF01 - Evading an Officer
SF07 - Bank Robbery.

Phone Number: 255-4357
Occupation: Police Officer II, Los Santos Police Department
Witness Statement
- I'm not really sure who was in the AIR-1 but as far as I remember it was Mason Lee. You can see the description in my arrest report of what was going on, viewtopic.php?p=1069489#p1069489, long story short, he was going from the bank towards his apartment not knowing that AIR-1 is following, he went inside of it and afterwards I was just awaiting there, rewatched all the CCTV footage and in that time he was the only one getting into the apartment, even had the bolo out for it while I was awaiting for him, his clothing before he went in also matched the description of the bank BOLO. After getting scouted by his friend, he went out naked, had same tattoos as in the bolo, same shoes as in the bolo and he was acting like it was not him, then his BF400 was also his that he went away from the bank. He then decided to evade from the scene afterwards. Sebastian Knight told me to process him so if he was a witness would be good too as he could give more testimony stuff as well.
Witness Affirmation
- I, Zane Vane, affirm that the above statement is true to the best of my knowledge and belief. I affirm that this statement has been made voluntarily, made without promise of reward, and made not under threat, force, or coercion. Occupation: Police Officer II, Los Santos Police Department
Witness Statement
- I, under the callsign "AIR-1", on the 15th of September 2025, responded to a Bank Alarm from the Fleeca Bank on Great Ocean Highway. AIR-1 spotted 3 individuals get on 3 different BF400's parked at the back of the bank and drive off. One BF400 went South on Great Ocean Highway while the other two turned North. AIR-1 followed the two heading North. AIR-1 asked over the radio for a fellow Officer to let SD know that a pursuit was heading towards their jurisdiction and joined a JTAC channel. Quickly after, both BF400s turned right Westbound and went off-road uphill in the direction of the Kortz Center. Both BF400s stopped under a tree, but only one continued afterwards. AIR-1 dropped a backup to mark the last seen location of the other bike and continued following after the mobile BF400. The latest BF400 ended up on North Rockford Drive and turned Southbound. Afterwards, he turned onto Marathon Avenue and drove the BF400 straight up the stairs to the front door of the Apartment Building on Marathon Avenue, followed shortly after by ground PD and SD units who set up blockades around the entrance to the building.
After some time, he exited the building and was detained. While being processed on scene, a Kamacho pulled up and the suspect managed to get into it, leading to another pursuit. The Kamacho eventually flipped over near Picture Perfect Drive. Both suspects fled on foot, and a White La Coureuse attempted to pick them up but ultimately failed, and a separate pursuit was called for it as well. Both suspects who fled on foot were successfully detained.
