by Matei Knight
Defendant Name: Matei Knight
Defendant Phone: 465-1214
(( Defendant Discord: matei9695))
(( Defendant Timezone: UTC +1))
Type of Representation (Pick one): Public Defender
Charging Department: LSPD
Date & Time of Incident(s): 13/SEP/2025 01:30
Charge(s):
- Accessory to SF02 - Murder of a Gov. Employee
- DF05 - Manufacturing a Controlled Substance
Narrative:
Myself and my brother Ronaldo Knight were jogging around an area that was surrounded by SWAT officers. Both of us were unarmed and had no illegal items on us. Once we were detained we heard that our family members were being gunned down by PD. We complied the whole time and even put the clothes that we had on us back on, for proof to be sent to the officers who were shot at. From our understanding we were NOT identified as shooting at or being at the scene. Despite that, Samuel Martin still decided to stack us with some petty charges, for some things we DID NOT DO.
I,
Matei Knight, hereby affirm that all information provided above is true and correct to the best of my knowledge, and understand that knowingly providing false information could result in additional charges and/or fines.

Case Information
- Case Number: [Case Number]
Incident Date: [01/JAN/2000]
Witness Information
- Name: Samuel Martin
Date of Birth: REDACTED
Phone Number: REDACTED
Occupation: Police Officer
Witness Statement
- Detectives gained intel on a gang manufacturing narcotics at a location. Before we moved in the whole island was scanned with thermals, the only people on the island at the time was the suspects inside the lab. Gunship then also came the thermals and covered the area, noone was called out to be in the area by gunship other than the suspects inside the lab.
The suspects were spotted by officers and air 1 with thermals running from the camp where they had just shot officers. From my knowledge the suspects got naked but kept their clothes on them (this can be seen in the arrest reports) from what I could tell the clothing matched the suspects inside the lab. Both suspects ditched their weapons and they were unable to be found.
Matei had a crate full of drag materials inside the lab which can be seen here

Witness Affirmation
- I, Samuel Martin, affirm that the above statement is true to the best of my knowledge and belief. I affirm that this statement has been made voluntarily, made without promise of reward, and made not under threat, force, or coercion. COURT DECISION
IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF SAN ANDREAS
State of San Andreas v. Matei Knight
A decision was reached in the above case on the 16th day of November, 2025.
Due to a lack of response from the defendant in the above case, the case will now be accepting the plea of guilty from the defendant. The defendant was given ample time to interact with the courts and file availability. If any of the dates and times did not align with the schedule of the defendant, they were able to contact the courts stating the like. As little to no contact has been made with the courts in the past 3-4 weeks, this case will now be archived and the charges will remain on the record of the defendant.
Respectfully,

Superior Court Justice
