MOTION FOR DISCOVERY
IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF SAN ANDREAS
State of San Andreas v. Ollie Weeks
#25-BT-0117
A Motion for Discovery was filed in the above case on the 8th of October, 2025.
The State of San Andreas, by and through the undersigned attorney, filed this Motion for Discovery, and presents the following as evidence;

Los Santos Police Department
ARREST REPORT
"TO PROTECT AND TO SERVE" |
- ARREST DETAILS
- Arresting Officer: Charles Williams
Callsign: 22-S-1
Date of Arrest: 08/SEP/2025
Officers Involved:
- Police Lieutenant II Charles Williams
- Police Officer II David Loan
Narrative: Explain what happened in detail, provide sufficient detail to justify the charges. Video and image evidence can be provided. Specifically state why each charge listed was placed.
Lieutenant Williams and Officer Loan had just wrapped up a pursuit in JTAC and headed back to Mission Row, the Lieutenant giving the Officer a lift as their cruiser was no longer operable. As the unit reached the back of Mission Row, they noticed a Black Jubilee exiting the Mission Row parking lot in the incorrect lane of travel. Lieutenant Williams pulled the vehicle over, further down Little Bighorn Avenue and the driver identified themself straight away as Ollie Weeks. The Lieutenant requested a reason for why they had just been spotted leaving the Mission Row parking lot and the driver said they went down there to look for a parking spot, couldn't see one and decided to leave. At the time, the parking lot was completely clear as the unit performing the traffic stop was the only unit on shift. The individual refused to talk with the Lieutenant but did comply with the demand to exit the vehicle and raise their hands. Lieutenant Williams read their rights twice as their was no confirmation they understood, instead just plain ignorance and the individual tapping their foot.
The suspect was transported to Mission Row and processed by Lieutenant Williams whilst Officer Loan clocked off shift. In the documentation room, Mr Weeks was incredibly difficult but a mugshot was finally captured without the need for using force. As Lieutenant Williams guided Mr Weeks to a cell, they kept walking around in an attempt to wind up the Lieutenant, selecting different cells, until finally entering one. The suspect was requested to turn around so their cuffs could be removed, but Mr Weeks decided he did not want to, so the Lieutenant entered, uncuffed him and then exited. As the Lieutenant left the cell, the suspect said something along the lines of "I am going to kill you," then somehow taking a radio out of their pants pocket and putting it in their ear. Lieutenant Williams had already patted the suspect down but must have missed a hidden pocket on the inside of the suspect's jeans, so removed it straight away before processing the evidence in the Mission Row evidence lockers. Whilst retrieving the radio, Mr Weeks began kicking and attempted to swing a punch at Lieutenant Williams but was met with a taser and a baton.

COURT DECISION
IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF SAN ANDREAS
The State of San Andreas v. Ollie Weeks
#25-BT-0117
A decision was reached in the above case on the 22nd day of November, 2025.
Due to a a lack of response from the defendant, the case will now be accepting the plea of guilty from the defendant. The defendant was given ample time to interact with the courts and file availability. If any of the dates and times did not align with the schedule of the defendant, they were able to contact the courts stating the like. As little to no contact has been made with the courts in the past 3-4 weeks, this case will now be archived and the charges will remain on the record of the defendant.
Respectfully,
