MOTION FOR DISCOVERY

IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF SAN ANDREAS

State of San Andreas v. Tyler Ashford
#25-BT-0116

A Motion for Discovery was filed in the above case on the 28th of September, 2025.

The State of San Andreas, by and through the undersigned attorney, filed this Motion for Discovery, and presents the following as evidence;

  • Exhibit #1: Arrest report - Tyler Ashford, 29/AUG/2025
    Image
    ARREST REPORT
    MUGSHOT
    SUSPECT 1 DETAILS

    • Full Name: Tyler Ashford
      Telephone Number: 2546705
      Licenses Suspended: No
      Charges:
      • WF03 - Possession of a Class 2 Firearm
      • WM03 - Criminal Use of Weapon Modifications

Additional Details (Suspect's vehicle, etc.) :

    VEHICLES INVOLVED

    DEPUTY DETAILS
    • Full Name: Vince Taylor
      Badge Number: 24582
      Callsign: 2-D-37

    INCIDENT DETAILS
    • Date of Arrest: 2025-08-28
Deputies Involved: Osheen Doyle - 2x deceased deputies

Provide details of the incident leading up to the arrest
      • I clocked on responding to an SEB pager, and upon clocking on I was called by Deputy Doyle of an active situation unfolding. Information I gathered was that Tyler was involved in a situation and was being arrested for having a firearm on his back, a Machine Pistol with information from Deputy Doyle, and during his arrest the deputies were ambushed and slaughtered. No warrant report was able to be placed due to the deputy who places charges, deputy Jane Doe, was one of the two active SEB members who were dead on arrival. From everything I was able to obtain, TLDR; Tyler was taken into custody, OTF ambushed and killed two deputies plus GSB agents, and broke him out of custody, and were able to re-obtain the firearm that was taken by deputies. Hence, no firearm evidence was able to be recovered minus one bit of bodycam showing the firearm on Tyler's body. He was taken into custody after coming up to officers and asking "am I wanted" - before the vehicle he was being driven in was pulled over and he was pulled out and arrested. Bodycam footage is found below.

PATROL CONTINUED A FEW HOURS LATER AT: 04:03 - In the early mornings of the 29th.

    2-K-36

After I previously clocked off, I did so at Fort Zancudo as I wanted to check and do a touch-up on something within the K9 building project while it was in my head off-duty. After doing so and ensuring everything was locked up I had a rest there for a little while, a couple of hours later, I was awoken by a now deceased Deputy that was assisting with the project, as she said there was an emergency from a pager, so I clocked on duty to assist her and respond to this situation in Legion. From what I gathered, as I didn't want to interrupt communications during transit, armed suspects were spotted at Legion alongside trouble makers previously causing issues. Unfortunately, I don't have enough information on the events leading up to the pager to comment further and the only Deputies that I know who knew are unfortunately deceased.

There was a PD Officer who may know from their side who can provide further information on the cause of the pager request. As of writing this report, I don't recall his name off the top of my head. I'm sure I can find out, however, if it is needed, but I have a feeling that information will already be available in the gang report, the PD Officer said he was making and sending to Vince, who said he was passing it up the line alongside my bodycam.

When we reached the city, we picked up another Deputy who has since passed away. We then sat on the other side of Legion Square from the parking, waiting for the intel to be provided before moving in. Once intel was provided and confirmed sightings of a suspect having an SMG in the back of their pants, we moved in quickly and apprehended the suspect within seconds before they could escape. A door-lock failure was experienced on our scout. However, our scout was stolen before anyone could make an informed decision to stop it from happening during the high-tension situation with multiple potential threats in the immediate vicinity, should our focus be brought elsewhere by non-life-threatening suspects. Our main target was arrested and placed in a GSB Agent's Scout to be held until a vehicle could be brought over, which became my job as we had limited assets at the time.

As I was halfway on my way back from Davis, my heart sank as I heard one of the worst possible things any government employee can hear, "Shots fired, ambush". I believe I recall "Red & black" being stated before communications from our units at Legion parking ceased. As I passed by at haste, heavy automatic fire was used against myself in my scout, I didn't cease for moments and recovered from sudden front-right tire decompression and made my way around to a bridge overlooking Legion square and parking, I attempted to sneak up on anyone that was above Legion parking, however I found no one there and backed away to avoid a counter-ambush to my sneaking around and tried instead to pivot to intel gathering but the suspects didn't hang around. The only other surviving unit from PD was able to gather a few details from the initial ambush on our units and was able to relay them to Vince as he clocked on and to me.

From this point, the PD Officer grouped up with me and we made our way to rendezvous with Vince so we could get in an SEB armoured vehicle to try and re-establish control over Legion. This worked to disrupt the stragglers stealing PD/SD vehicles and we managed to recover all of our vehicles that we were aware of after multiple chases throughout the city as myself and the PD Officer got in a buffalo to keep up with fleeing vehicles.

After the recovery process, we actually ended up arresting one of the original suspects as a deceased Deputy managed to place charges on their suspect before the ambush. Upon seeing them, the suspect looked exactly like the original suspect from Legion parking, which I passed along to Vince alongside bodycam footage later on as the suspect made threats of going to the courts with this arrest.

I clocked off shortly after that arrest as the adrenaline crash came down and tiredness washed over me, and to process the events that transpired, going over what could have gone better and making a mental note to make suitable tactical suggestions in the future when possible in applicable situations. In this case, retreating from our rather open positions and going towards Legion square for better cover and randevu on the far side from parking with transport once available.

        • John Doe (Black T / Red Sweats)
        • John Doe (Black sweats, no shirt, bandana)
        • John Doe (Red Hoodie, jeans)

    • INCIDENT DETAILS
Please fill in the details of the incident with as much detail as willing.
      • Date of Incident: 29/AUG/2025 07:50
        Location of Incident: Legion Square
Summary of the Incident: Early in the morning on the 29th I was on patrol and witnessed a crowd gathering at Legion Square and a lot of fighting, at one point, three unconscious individuals. As the only unit on shift for PD, I asked over the department radio for some backup, as I couldn't effectively police at a ratio of 12:1. With help from three SD officers, one DOC CERT and a GOV Agent, we set up a plan to show presence at Legion to break up the gathering and chaos.

While setting up I positioned myself on the terrace opposite Legion and began relaying information over JTAC. It was at this point I witnessed the first gun [Evidence #1/2] and coordinated with SD on a quick takedown of the offender, this turned out to be Tyler Ashford. He was detained and charged after being identified on scene, but as I was repositioning I heard gunfire rain down. By the time I had gotten back to my position three LEO's had been killed and the scene had broken into chaos, Tyler escaped our custody and only one SD member survived. Evidence #3,4,5,6 show multiple heavy weapons, modified weapons and shooters all in affiliated clothing.

I've recorded the three vehicles I am confident were involved as relayed by the units on the ground, BOLO, and interactions when we went down to the scene to gather evidence. As seen in Evidence #7, two of the suspects can be seen getting something out of their trunk and setting up for something. As only one of two surviving law enforcement, I was unable to secure casings or bullets from the scene before coroners arrived, all dashcam, body cam and CCTV footage was unretrievable and three cruisers were stole and parading around the city for the following hour.

        Vehicles:
Rocky Harrison - Black Jugular [QLQDBVKP]
Tyler Ashford - Black Shinobi [MN0YG2QH]
        Hugo Hurst - Black BF400 [NXTK7O7D]

        Law Enforcement Involved:
        Master Deputy Vince Taylor
        Deputy Sheriff I Osheen Doyle
        DOC Commander Rock Paz

MOTION FOR CONTINUANCE

IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF SAN ANDREAS

State of San Andreas v. Tyler Ashford
#25-BT-0016

A Motion for Continuance was filed in the above case on the 13th of October, 2025.

The Defendant, by and through the undersigned attorney, filed this Motion for Continuance, and the reasoning for request is as follows;

  • Reasoning: Scheduling issues
    • Detailed Explanation:
I would like to start by apologizing to the court. This upcoming week is a tough week for me as I have different events scheduled out of state. This makes it difficult for me to coordinate with the defendant on a specific date. I ask that the court allow a seven (7) day continuance to allow me to look over the evidence as well as coordinate with the defendant on a date that will work for both of us in court.

COURT DECISION

IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF SAN ANDREAS

State of San Andreas v. Tyler Ashford

A decision was reached in the above case on the 23rd day of November, 2025.

Due to a lack of response from the defendant in the above case, the case will now be accepting the plea of guilty from the defendant. The defendant was given ample time to interact with the courts and file availability. If any of the dates and times did not align with the schedule of the defendant, they were able to contact the courts stating the like. As little to no contact has been made with the courts in the past 3-4 weeks, this case will now be archived and the charges will remain on the record of the defendant.
