    As discussed previously with LT Leif Helgarson and Deputy Alester Carter, Redline Motorsports and Plague Entertainment Incorporated will be conducting a four stage rally over the month of August. This covers the first stage of the Rally.
    
    Coordinating with LT Jamie Lockwood and Officer Leo Larson of the LSPD, they have pledge to work with the LSSD in order to secure the roads for this event.
    
    While we do not know the exact number of teams, we will be able to provide that August 3rd once registration closes. Cars will leave the start line in one minute intervals.

  Please remember to review the guidelines that you have agreed to regarding our road closure policies that you agreed to by applying for this permit. Traffic Services Deputies will be informed of the upcoming event, and will try to provide unit presence where possible.
  
  Reminder we are not there to act as security for your event and should only be asked to step in if absolutely necessary.
  
  You may make a NON-EMERGENCY 911 call at least 30 minutes prior to the start of the event and ask for TSD assistance.
