my name is Joe Maddison and I stand for both hard work and respect and doing what is right when no one else is watching. I want to become a Correctional Officer because I need to start a position that combines discipline with trust and provides both challenge and meaning. From early on people have relied on me to stay composed in stressful moments while also taking charge of necessary tasks. I perform well when faced with pressure and possess physical fitness along with the ability to show professional treatment toward both staff members and inmates. My future focus includes developing my career in corrections while contributing to community safety efforts through teamwork.

My qualifications for this position include dependable performance and dedicated work ethic and a composed approach to handling difficult circumstances. My current lack of experience does not stop me from being dedicated to the job while maintaining full commitment to give maximum effort during every workday.
