Court Notice
20/AUG/2025 |
- Whom it may concern,
I respectfully notify the Court that the previously submitted narrative in this matter has been withdrawn and superseded. I request that the original narrative not be referenced or relied upon in any fashion moving forward.
I recognize that in prior precedent back in 2023, edits after case activation were deemed impermissible. However, the structure of the Los Santos judicial system has undergone a lot of reforms since that time, which leads me to believe that rule is outdated and needs another looking upon.
The main reason for this amendment is that my father, now a co-defendant in this matter, expressed disagreement with the original narrative. Given that the case is now also his and he had no input whatsoever in the orignal narrative.
The defendants of this case are also not in contact so don't expect us to communicate with each other or pass messages on. We also ask the court to not give us any complicated court thingys again until we find smart bar certified lawyers. Give us 1 week.

- Dear REDACTED,
We hope this message finds you well, or at the very least, indoors.
We regret to inform you that our founder and Chief Field Rescuer, David Deltoid, has embarked on a classified 7-day humanitarian expedition to the South Side of Chicago in a final attempt to locate your sponsored child: Jaquavious “Baldie” Williams a brave 9-year-old currently fighting three separate diseases, one court case, and a gambling addiction (he’s up 600 on DraftKings, so hope is not lost).
Initially, we sent in our usual bounty hunters, including:
- Tyrone “Night Vision” MacGregor (retired after the raccoon incident),
- Sister Agnes of the Holy Smackdown (currently excommunicated for tax fraud),
- and Dave the Intern (missing since Thursday).
None have returned.
This is why Mr. Deltoid - armed with nothing but a protein bar, a Bluetooth headset, and an inspirational quote from Vin Diesel, has gone himself. This is the first time since the Great Inflatable Kayak Incident of 2019 that he’s entered a red zone in person.
Current Challenges in Locating Jaquavious:
- He has changed his legal name 4 times since April.
- He last appeared in a TikTok live entitled “Baldie Beats Leukemia ft. Glock 9.
- He’s been spotted doing wheelies on a stolen Rascal scooter outside a Dollar General.
- Every known address led to either a trap house or a Spirit Halloween pop-up.
Medical Status:
Jaquavious continues to bravely fight AIDS, Asthma, Ringworm, and Whatever Is Happening To His Left Eye. He was scheduled for chemo yesterday, but instead appeared in court dressed as Sonic the Hedgehog. The judge called it “deeply unserious.”
We are not giving up.
David is currently sheltering with a friendly woman named Miss Cheryl, who has six chihuahuas and a taser. She believes she saw Jaquavious ride past on a Lime scooter yelling, “I’m untouchable, I got sponsors!”
Please keep Jaquavious in your thoughts, your prayers, and your Discord statuses.
We will update you once David Deltoid returns… or doesn’t.
As always:
Refund applies if Baldie dies from HIV, cancer, or blunt-force trauma during recess within 365 days of this email. Terms & conditions apply. Must present receipt and child’s body.

We got him.
07/JUL/2024 |
- Dear REDACTED,
We write to you today with uncontainable joy, mild shellshock, and three minor airspace violations. Your sponsored youth, Jaquavious “Baldie” Williams, has officially been RECOVERED.
After seven harrowing days in the field, our founder David Deltoid made visual contact with Jaquavious outside a Popeyes, where he was reportedly trading chemo medication for V-Bucks. The situation escalated rapidly when Jaquavious spotted our team and attempted escape on foot.
Enter: the BKWCAA helicopter.
Thanks to your generous donation, and a forged government fuel voucher. we deployed our stealth-capable, semi-legal Black Kid Welfare & Covert Abduction Association chopper, affectionately nicknamed “The Grabber.” It features:
- In-built Tranquillizers
- Watermelon decoys for crowd control
- And a PA system that only plays “Eye of the Tiger” and Jaquavious’s court-ordered curfew reminders
We located Baldie using infrared heat signatures, but confusion arose as he was radiating high levels of chemo energy and holding a Popeyes 3-piece combo. After some tense negotiations (“David Deltoid will never catch me!”), David launched Protocol 9: a Nerf dart laced with melatonin.
He was asleep mid-sprint.
The mission concluded with a swift rooftop evac and a brief pursuit by three unlicensed dirt bikes and someone’s uncle. All operatives are accounted for. The Popeyes manager has issued a cease-and-desist but we're ignoring it.
Medical Update:
- Chemo: Resumed
- Court Case: Dismissed (judge said “he’s been through enough”)
- Ringworm: Evolving
- Baldie: Still bald
Jaquavious is now resting at our recovery center, Camp Reboot, located just behind a shuttered CVS, where he’s being treated with juice boxes, Minecraft therapy, and light hand-to-hand combat drills to “build character.”
What You Can Do:
- Keep donating.
- Keep spreading awareness.
- And above all: never lose hope in a bald child with dreams and enemies.
We worked with our partners to disney to recreate the moment of his capture for you. We present "Baldie Down"
As always:
Refund applies if Baldie dies from HIV, cancer, or blunt-force trauma during recess within 365 days of this email. Terms & conditions apply. Must present receipt and child’s body.

Callsign: 3-U-13
Date of Arrest: 01/AUG/2025
Officers Involved:
- Police Officer III Drew Hollowell
- Police Officer II Rondal Olsson
- Police Officer I David Loan
- Police Officer III Cody James
Narrative: Explain what happened in detail, provide sufficient detail to justify the charges. Video and image evidence can be provided. Specifically state why each charge listed was placed.
This arrest was executed based on the charges decided from Case File #207396. Police Officer II Olsson called in a traffic stop with the RO coming back to Alistair Vespucci and we detained him on San Andreas Ave, before getting him in our cruiser he attempted to flee on foot briefly before surrendering and getting in the cruiser. His passenger, presumably his wife, refused to let us search the vehicle and hopped in the drivers seat before fleeing the stop, colliding with an officer. A BOLO was posted but no one was able to pursue at the time as Alistair was on foot running the opposite direction. We brought him back to MRPD, explained the charges and he resisted once more when we attempted to put him in cuffs after we explained that this was not a conversation, but rather just informing him of his charges before we went to DOC. We placed the charges and transported him to DOC where he was processed and his belongings were kept.

Superior Court of San Andreas
"EQUAL JUSTICE UNDER LAW"
MOTION TO COMPEL DISCOVERY
IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF SAN ANDREAS
State of San Andreas v. David Deltoid & Alistair Vespucci
#25-BT-0112
A Motion to Compel Discovery was filed in the above case on the 9 of Sep, 2025.
The Defendant, by and through the undersigned attorney, filed this Motion to Compel Discovery, and requests as follows;
- Requested Discovery: affidavit, Probable cause statement
- Detailed Reasoning: The warrant at issue in this matter directed officers to seize:
“Any evidence of crimes in violation of the San Andreas Penal Law Article GM to SF, included but not limited to: GF07 – Felony Fraud, GF18 – Racketeering.”
Such language fails the constitutional requirement of particularity. Rather than identifying discrete records or transactions connected to specific, articulable offenses, the warrant authorizes seizure of any and all materials that could be construed as evidence of a wide range of statutory violations. This sweeping directive effectively transforms the warrant into a general writ, vesting officers with unchecked discretion to comb through every aspect of the Defendant’s private financial history in search of a crime. Courts have consistently held that such “fishing expeditions” are prohibited under the Fourth Amendment and its state equivalents.
Moreover, the overbreadth of the warrant inevitably results in the seizure of records that are entirely innocent and wholly unrelated to the alleged conduct under investigation. This intrusion upon privacy not only exceeds the permissible bounds of the warrant but also prejudices the Defendant, as it enables the prosecution to bootstrap unrelated financial activity into speculative or new charges.
Accordingly, the defense compels the State to produce the affidavit underlying this warrant, all materials relied upon in its application, and a complete inventory of every record seized pursuant to its execution. Without such disclosure, the defense is unable to meaningfully challenge the legality of the search or protect the Defendant’s rights against unconstitutional intrusion.

MOTION FOR CHANGE OF VENUE
IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF SAN ANDREAS
State of San Andreas v. David Deltoid & Alistair Vespucci
#25-BT-0112
A Motion for Change of Venue was filed in the above case on the 10th of September, 2025.
The Defendant filed this Motion for Change of Venue, and the reasoning for request is as follows;
- Requested Venue: Normal Trial
- Detailed Explanation: The defendants are involved in operating a charitable organization, Black Kids with Cancer and AIDS (BKWCAA), whose mission is to provide support, resources, and awareness for one of the most vulnerable and underserved populations in our state.
The outcome of this trial has direct implications for the future of that mission. This is not merely a legal matter. it is a case that carries significant weight and moral responsibility. The defense believes that decisions of this magnitude should not rest on the outcome of a bench trial, but instead be evaluated to the highest degree of scrutiny available.
Furthermore, the discovery provided by the prosecution includes 11 exhibits, underscoring the complexity of the issues involved. A formal trial would ensure that this evidence receives the comprehensive evaluation it warrants, considering the reputational and operational impact this case may have on ongoing charitable efforts.
In light of the high stakes, both legally and ethically, the Defense believes that proceeding with a bench trial would not sufficiently safeguard the defendants' rights or the broader interests of the community served by BKWCAA.

Court Notice
10/SEP/2025 |
- Hello your honor,
As the co-defendant in this case, I agreed with my father’s motion, but what happened with Felipe Guzman and Yolanda Tubbman deserves to be heard in full.
When we first uncovered the inconsistencies in their paperwork, we thought it must be a mistake. But as we dug deeper into the discovery, the truth became undeniable: their claims of citizenship were a façade, a carefully constructed lie meant to mislead our charity.
The moment we confronted Felipe about it, his composure shattered. Gone was the calm, confident man who had insisted on his legitimacy. His hands trembled. His voice cracked. And then, in a moment that still lingers in my mind, Felipe did not stay to defend himself. He did not stand on principle or offer explanation. He ran.
He bolted out as if the very walls of justice were closing in on him. No farewell, no fight; just fear. That single act, Your Honor, spoke louder than any evidence. A guilty man does not linger when the truth catches up to him.
And as for Yolanda Tubbman, her silence was its own betrayal. She did not run, but she offered no defense, no denial; only a heavy quiet that confirmed what we already knew we believe her and her 12 kids have also fled from the state.
We reported them to ICE, not out of spite, but because we had no other choice. To remain silent would have been to aid in their deception. To ignore it would have been to disrespect this court.
Your Honor, this is not just about fraud on paper. This is about what happens when the truth is revealed, Felipe fleeing into the shadows rather than standing in the light. It is about the courage to call deceit by its name, and the responsibility we carried in ensuring that justice was not mocked.
I place this truth before you now, with the hope that this court sees Felipe’s escape not as coincidence, but as confession. When we get found not guilty of these crimes and reopen our charity to donations we will take better caution when recruiting staff and not just hire any foreigner willing to work for 6 dollars an hour.
Normally I would save this for the court room, but as someone who stance aligns with anti immigration especially illegals, I must notify everyone immediately.

MOTION FOR CHANGE OF VENUE
IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF SAN ANDREAS
State of San Andreas v. David Deltoid & Alistair Vespucci
#25-BT-0112
A Motion for Change of Venue was filed in the above case on the 11th of September, 2025.
The Defendant, by and through the undersigned attorney, filed this Motion for Change of Venue, and the reasoning for request is as follows;

OBJECTION
IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF SAN ANDREAS
State of San Andreas v. David Deltoid & Alistair Vespucci
#25-BT-0112
An Objection was filed in the above case on the 12th of September, 2025.
The State of San Andreas, by and through the undersigned attorney, filed this objection and requests that the following be denied on the record;
- Motion being objected to:
Motion to Compel Discovery
- Detailed Reasoning: Repeated case precedent has stated that search warrant applications are not subject to discovery on the docket. The application was filed and approved by a Superior Court judge, meaning they found probable cause for the warrant to be issued. The Defense's motion is pointless, as former Superior Court judge Sayaka Yukimura has already completed the entire process which the Defense is now trying to force to be checked again.
