The defendants are charged for the same instance as part of the same organizational scheme, qualifying these cases for a joint hearing.

The Court has reviewed the Motion for Joinder submitted by the Prosecution on the 4th day of August, 2025.
Given that:
- There has been no response to the Motion from the defense in the case of #25-BT-0111 State of San Andreas v. Alistair Vespucci
- The defense has responded to the Motion in the case of #25-BT-0112 State of San Andreas v. David Deltoid and has not objected
