I have read through your application and have APPROVED your business license request. You now must pay the fee for licensing at your earliest convenience BEFORE opening for operation. The total monthly cost will be $5,000, which is due on the 1st of each month; you pay this to the City Hall Clerk at the information desk.

Today you will need to pay $19,333 for the remainder of this first month and any one-time license payments. Please visit the Los Santos City Hall, walk up to the Information desk and pay the fee on the left side of the desk with the card reader.

Each month, please attach a digital copy of your receipt to this licensing form with the date paid. To keep the business licensed, the license fee must be paid monthly. Visit the Los Santos City Hall, walk up to the Information desk and pay the fee on the left side of the desk with the card reader. Was the $19,333 not payment for the startup and adjusted August fees, as we were not licensed until that payment? I am happy to sort this out with another $5,000 regardless if that is not the case.

The business is currently on hold while myself and any other potential instructors get certified for the appropriate fixed-wing certification.

I will not be operating this business at the current point until certified for both rotary and fixed wing, and will let you know if this changes.
