  Del Perro Pier Gets a Glow-Up: New Businesses Bring Fresh Energy to the Boardwalk!

  The Business and Property Bureau proudly unveils three new properties at the vibrant Del Perro Pier, aimed at revitalizing this coastal hotspot in the heart of Los Santos. These businesses will run 24/7, providing locals, tourists, and lowriders cruising Vespucci Beach with easy access to essentials and fishing gear to spark new life into the pier.
  
  Just steps away from the rowdy Out of Towners Bar, a Del Perro staple known for its wild raffles, DJ nights, and packed parties, the new spots include:

  • Cream Pie Icecream: Your go-to for daily essentials, from snacks to sunscreen, open around the clock for late night beachgoers or early morning surfers.

  • Bean Machine Coffee: Stocked with all your coffee and snack needs!

  • Bait ‘n’ Tackle: Stocked with top-tier fishing rods to get anglers casting off the pier, encouraging folks to soak up the San Andreas sun.

  And there’s more brewing at the pier, the girlies have just opened the Cherry Popper’s Juice Bar, a vibrant new hangout serving up colourful drinks and community spirit. By day, it transforms into a relaxing yoga venue, offering locals and tourists a fresh place to stretch, unwind, and vibe by the sea.
  
  
  
  
  The Business and Property Bureau is actively looking to support local entrepreneurs interested in setting up shop on the pier. We’re calling on creative minds and hustlers alike to bring forward concepts for pop-ups, openings, or rotating events with biweekly slots open for those ready to turn the pier into their stage.
  

  BPB has been working hard to not only support our local businesses but also our citizens. We aim to offer more accessible places that cater to both entertainment on a larger scale, i.e., for out-of-towners, while also providing a space to hang out with friends and catch up. Now, when you’re finishing up from all your treasure hunting adventures, you can head up for a bite & coffee to end the day! If you have any more suggestions on revitalising the pier or other parts of the city, we’d love to hear them!

  The Bureau invites all of Los Santos, Vinewood wannabes, and Sandy Shores drifters alike to roll through Del Perro Pier and back these new businesses. More properties are slated to pop up soon, so stay tuned for what’s next in this iconic LS landmark.
