Hello my name is Sebastian Rios but people call me Sebas, I am a dedicated and hard working individual with discipline and integrity. I grew up in a working-class family where I adapted the skills of hard working and respect. I come from the south side of Chicago and I made it out with countless hours of sweat, blood, and tears, and I'm not ready to stop! I use to work with my dad in his mechanic shop which taught he patience, communication, and labor, which I apply in my everyday. Little fun facts about me is I love dogs and hiking, and I spend most my time working and grinding. I love to treat everyone with the same amount of respect and i believe everyone deserves second chances.

2.2 Why do you want to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections, and why should we hire you over other applicants? (minimum 75 words)
I would like to join the SADOC because I believe in second chances, I am a strong believer people can go back on the right path when shown a bit of guidance. My strong passion for this would drive to fewer returning inmates which not many other applicants can do. I also feel like even tho they might be in jail they should still be treated with respect and diginity, as we all are humans!
