Case Information
- Case Number: #25-BT-0106
Incident Date: 02/07/2025
Witness Information
- Name: Will Grigg
Occupation: Deputy Sheriff
Witness Statement
- I was patrolling the county, Jason Wild and I were in a TAC channel together as we were doing combined speed traps. I see a camper with no plates pass me and I turn around and pull the vehicle over. As soon as I stop the driver and passenger get out and start running. I get out and go after them calling Jason Wild to my position at the same time for backup. When running into an alley the passenger runs straight at me and tackles me. Jason Wild pursues him across the street, whilst I got and chased after the camper after 2 gang members got into it and were driving off with it. When the camper stops at Bayview and I want to get out to secure it whilst watching the two gangsters run away Jason Wild calls over TAC that he needs me at his position as the suspect is going into the chicken factory in Paleto and he is afraid the suspect will try to attack him. I step on the gas and go to Jason Wild's position as quickly as I can. When approaching, I tell him over TAC watch out, he has a knife. Seconds later, I hear Jason say in TAC, Stop reaching and I hear shots. I ask him, are you okay, I jump out of my cruiser and whilst running into the factory I hear Jason Wild say two more times stop reaching and then I hear another 4 shots. When I round the corner, I see the suspect dead on the floor, 1 civilian right next to Jason Wild with a camera, and 1 civilian right next to the dead suspect. I ask Jason What have you done? He was visibly in shock, struggling to formulate a sentence and respond to my question. After this, I clear all of the civilians off the scene and secure it. I take Jason Wild's statement and the statement of Soloman Cobb. He said he had footage of what happened so I requested that as well. I called for a supervisor and waited 20 minutes for their arrival. Jason Wild had to clock off shift and I reported what I saw to the supervisor. Without any actual investigation, the supervisor left and I called the coroner for the body.
Witness Affirmation
- I, Will Grigg, affirm that the above statement is true to the best of my knowledge and belief. I affirm that this statement has been made voluntarily, made without promise of reward, and made not under threat, force, or coercion. ((I affirm that all information submitted has been obtained via In-Character means. ))

COURT DECISION
IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF SAN ANDREAS
State of San Andreas v. Jason Wild
#25-BT-0106
A decision was reached in the above case on the 10th day of August, 2025.
Due to a lack of response from the defendant in the above case, the case will now be accepting the plea of guilty from the defendant. The defendant was given ample time to interact with the courts and file availability. If any of the dates and times did not align with the schedule of the defendant, they were able to contact the courts stating the like. As little to no contact has been made with the courts in the past 3-4 weeks, this case will now be archived and the charges will remain on the record of the defendant.
Respectfully,
